Viktor Hovland suffered a second-day collapse at The Masters which included a missed putt from only a matter of inches at Augusta.
The Norwegian ended round two on eight over par - meaning he missed out on the weekend by two shots - after a nine-over par 81 on Friday.
Hovland made two double bogeys and a triple bogey as he slid down the leaderboard and waved goodbye to his hopes of winning the green jacket.
The 26-year-old's round hit a nadir on the par-five 15th, when he had a short putt to make par - and remain on the cut line of +6.
Hovland's putt clipped the left edge of the cup and stopped a few inches the wrong side of the hole.

The Norwegian marched over to knock it in, not even breaking stride or putting his left hand on the putter.
But the ball rolled back past the hole and ended up further away than it started. Thankfully, Hovland stopped the bleeding there.
Despite appearing to laugh at his horrible blunder, the Norwegian composed himself to escape with a double bogey.
He let out a wry smile after picking the ball out of the cup and went on to par the final three holes. Despite avoiding further damage, however, the Norwegian still missed the cut by two shots.
Hovland was not the only player to suffer a second-round meltdown at Augusta. Wyndham Clark and Sergio Garcia also missed out on the weekend after miserable rounds on Friday.
