Brooklyn Nets star Mikal Bridges is continuing his streak of the most consecutive games played in the NBA.
Bridges has not missed a game in six seasons and has extended his streak of games played to 472.
Currently, that's the longest active streak amongst NBA players and Bridges has done it across multiple teams.
Bridges was drafted tenth overall to the Philadelphia 76ers and was then immediately traded to the Phoenix Suns.
He's played in each game since - including when he was traded to the Brooklyn Nets as a part of the Kevin Durant trade.
Brooklyn Nets star Mikal Bridges has played every game for six straight seasons
Bridges currently holds the league's longest streak of playing in games at 472 in a row
While that's an impressive number, he's still far off from the current record holder A.C. Green
While Bridges' mark of 472 games is notable - and the league's current best - he's still a ways off from the record.
That's held by three-time NBA champion and former Los Angeles Lakers, Phoenix Suns, Dallas Mavericks, and Miami Heat star A.C. Green.
Green's record still stands at an impressive 1,192 games - the equivalent of 14.54 seasons in the NBA.
For Bridges to break Green's record (without accounting for playoff games), he'd have to play eight whole seasons in the NBA plus an additional 65 games.
By then, he'd be 36 years old and would have had to play 15 NBA seasons.
