'Most women contact me asking for help to spice things up because they want to save their marriages,' Katie explained.
'They need advice on how to bring sensuality back into the bedroom.
'I've helped people looking to regain their confidence after divorce, widowers, couples seeking to spice up their relationship, and those who want to explore things like bondage and sensory deprivation.'
So, what's the secret to good sex? According to Katie, it is all about relishing small moments of intimacy.
Elaborating further on why touch is such a big deal, she explained: 'Maybe you just pat his thigh or give him a wink.
'If you're in line at Starbucks, whisper something sweet in his ear.
'If you're driving down the road and he's getting irritated because of the traffic, gently stroke him.
'Show affection for his love language - find out how he feels loved.'
Her cardinal rule for new lovers though? No intercourse on the first date.
She said: 'Sex on the first date? No way!
'Explore your [date's] content, find out his favorite colors and maybe leave the acrobatics in bed for the third or fourth date.
'Everything should be done calmly. If you hire my services, you want a partner for life, not a quick fling.

'But if you're going to ignore my advice, at least protect yourself!
'I graduated to be a [relationship] coach, but before that, people were already looking for me to ask for love advice.'
The Playboy model also shared five other things to consider when you're dating someone new - self-awareness, compatibility, communication, love language and family dynamics.
She said: 'Consider [things like] compatibility in children, family responsibilities and overall family values.
'Ensure shared goals, interests and values with the potential partner.
'Understanding and effectively communicating, including identifying and respecting each other's communication styles [is also important].'
As for Katie herself, she is currently active on the dating scene and she prefers 'personality over superficial traits.'
She added: 'My first and most recurrent partner is moi [myself]!
'I mean, come on, you've got to love yourself before you can sprinkle that love elsewhere, right?
'I've never taken that walk down the aisle, but trust me, I've had my fair share of boyfriends and mingling adventures.'
