A man who was dubbed the 'living Nostradamus' issued a warning to humanity after his first 2024 prediction came true.

Athos Salomé, 36, who is a trained parapsychologist and psychic, from Brazil, claims to have foreseen the coronavirus pandemic, Elon Musk buying Twitter and even the Queen Elizabeth's death.

Now he has worryingly suggested that artificial intelligence may cause future epidemics.

Speaking to the Daily Star he said: 'Future epidemics might not be natural phenomena but rather synthetic creations from AI laboratories.

'This fusion between biology and technology suggests a scenario where artificial viruses could be developed, whether to cure existing diseases or, paradoxically, to create new ailments.'

Salomé also suggested humans and AI might be more similar than we think because electricity unites us.

He added: 'Electricity is a medium between humans and AI, but the ends are distinct: one is the maintenance and experience of biological life, and the other is the processing of information and the execution of programmed or manipulated tasks.'

When previously asked by LADBible about his 2024 predictions he eerily claimed humans will be able to contact the dead with the help of Artificial Intelligence.

In his predictions, he stated that AI would help us contact the dead, enhance the pervasiveness of CCTV and assist with experimenting on humans, though in a way to enhance our knowledge of our 'cosmic origins'.

Athos said mankind stands on the brink of a 'spiritual revolution'.

Speaking to The Daily Star, he previously said: 'What may have seemed like science fiction years ago is on the brink of becoming a part of everyday life normalizing what was once deemed supernatural.

'Through this groundbreaking technology people can not only overcome traumas and challenges but also gain insights into their life purposes and spiritual paths.'

Athos does, however, question whether we are adequately prepared to handle the responses we may receive from 'a mediated realm beyond our understanding.'

Elsewhere during an interview with The Sun, he admitted to harbouring scepticism towards this technology as it posed challenges to his knowledge and beliefs.

When LADbible asked about where his powers came from, he attributed his 'abilities' to his family that came from 'the mystical world'.

He said: 'I'm a descendant of gypsies and the great-grandson of a sorcerer, which is how I consolidated what I did and saw, whether it was paranormal abilities, the development of the pineal gland or super abilities.'

He claimed he knew from an early age that he was different, despite medical professionals finding nothing wrong with him.

He was most recently proved right when he predicted there was a coronal mass ejection (CME), which are large expulsions of plasma and magnetic field from the Sun's corona, headed for Earth, as we witnessed one of the biggest solar storms last month which triggered the most powerful disruption to our planet's magnetic field since 2017.
