Kate Beckinsale appeared to shed some light on her recent health woes on Wednesday.

The actress, 50, shared some snaps to her Instagram grid wearing a white T-shirt with the slogan 'tummy troubles survivor' on it.

It comes after last week she caused confusing by posting then deleting some teary snaps from her hospital bed.

She did not elaborate on why she was in hospital wearing a medical gown at the time and later the pictures vanished from her page.

But on Wednesday night she returned to social media wearing the Tummy Troubles Survivor T-shirt as she posed on her bed with one of her cute dogs.

She looked stylish in the T-shirt which she wore with light denim jeans, a sparkly belt and black bow head band.

Kate wrote no words in the caption but added an arm muscle emoji and a white heart.

Last week Kate left her fans scratching their heads after she completely wiped her Instagram page of evidence of her recent hospital stay.

Fans noticed that photos from recent weeks showing the actress in a hospital and wearing a medical gown had been suddenly deleted from her page without explanation.

She also appeared to have limited comments on her posts, though the timing was unclear.

Kate has been suffering from an undisclosed illness over the past month, and she has avoided responding to her followers' questions about her condition.

The actress — who shared her heartbreak over the death of her beloved stepfather Roy Battersby in January — first shared that she was having health issues on March 11, which is Mother's Day in the UK.

She looked somber while sitting in a hospital bed and wearing a gown and an enormous black bow on her head.

'Thank you to those that love us and support us when it's s*** and try to make sure there are some bits that aren't,' she captioned the post, via Page Six

'And for looking after our dogs when we can't, and lead us to remember happy things when we can't. And turn up when we are sick and sit with us... And send balloons and check in and pull us out of wells with love.'

Although the photos highlighted her hospital stay, the post paid tribute to her actress mother Judy Loe, 77, for the holiday.

Several of Beckinsale's fans took to the comment section with well wishes, while others inquired about how she was feeling, but she didn't appear to have replied to any of the queries.

The Love & Friendship star's subsequent posts from the hospital were more upbeat.

A day later she shared a photo of herself in a fuzzy pink cardigan as she rested on her side while cuddling with her fluffy white cat Willow, whom she labeled a 'visitor.'

On March 13, she wore what looked like pajamas decorated with dogs as she showed off a soft smile and held her Pomeranian Myf in her lap.

Kate made it clear that she had support from human visitors as well when she shared a fun hospital post featuring her pal Jonathan Voluck on April 6.

She showed off a winning smile in a funny snap of herself and Voluck in which they both wore a conjoined pillow-like hat in the shape of a peanut.

The Last Days Of Disco star has also shared photos of friends and family dropping by the hospital to spend time with her.

Nearly a month after the hospital photos began appearing, on April 10 — Easter — Beckinsale posted a photo of herself in black pants decorated with white bow tie designs and fuzzy white socks with cute embroidery and little white ears designed to look like rabbit faces.

'Happy Easter,' she captioned the post, including emojis of rabbits and a hatching chick.

However, it wasn't clear from the angle if she was in the same hospital bed or room.

The screen star also didn't clarify if she had been hospitalized non-stop since her March photos, or if she had gone home in the meantime.

Some of Beckinsale's famous friends were also out of the loop.

'What's wrong!!!' Gwen Stefani commented, while Rebel Wilson's fiancée Ramona Agruma wrote, 'Get well darling,' according to Page Six.

Fans also noticed that she had limited comments on all of her Instagram posts, though the timing is unclear.

However, a post from December 31 of last year — which featured an array of photos depicting a difficult 2023 — included a comment referencing the stripped hospital photos.

'No all your hospital pics are down hope you are okay sending [praise hands and dove emoji],' the user commented on Tuesday evening, so Beckinsale likely disabled her comments sometime after that.

She has been open on social media about her grief in recent months following the death of her stepfather Roy Battersby in January.

Later that month she shared her fury at the British Academy of Film and Television Arts when she received a curt emailing reply informing her that the BAFTA ceremony might not be able to include him in its In Memoriam segment, despite the fact that he was awarded the organization's Alan Clarke award in 1996.

Despite her public communications, Battersby was left out of the In Memoriam segment at the ceremony in February.
