The woman who allegedly sought a $100 million payoff from Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott has dropped her lawsuit in one county and moved it to another, where she faces a countersuit from the NFL star.
As seen in court filings obtained by DailyMail.com, Victoria Baleigh Shores’ lawsuit was dismissed without prejudice, allowing her to refile a complaint against Prescott.
And as her attorney, Bethel Zehaie, told DailyMail.com, that is exactly what they've done: 'We’ve refiled in Collin [County] so all lawsuits can be heard together. All of our counterclaims have been filed in Collin County including the sexual assault claim.'
Shores first sued Prescott in Dallas County last month, accusing him of sexually assaulting her in the parking lot of a Dallas-area strip club in 2017.
Through his attorney, Levi G. McCathern, Prescott has claimed the sex was consensual.

Dak Prescott responded to the change of venue with a statement through his attorneys
Prescott responded to the news through his attorneys.
'As we have said from the beginning – the ridiculous claims Ms. Shores and her team came up with are completely false and criminal,' read his attorneys' statement. 'In Texas, it’s against the law to shake down someone for any amount of money – and this is just that – a shake down.
'He has and will continue to fully cooperate with any investigation, knowing the truth is on his side. Their team recently dismissed the civil suit in Dallas County. This will not make it all just go away – we are ensuring their lies are brought to light. We are confident the truth will prevail, and we are proud to stand with Dak.'
In March, Dallas police confirmed an investigation into sexual assault claims against Prescott.
That news came as attorneys Yoel and Bethel Zehaie vowed to file criminal charges and a lawsuit against the Cowboys quarterback, who they claim sexually assaulted their client in 2017.
'Dak is a rapist,' Yoel Zehaie told DailyMail.com via LinkedIn in March. 'And our story will be heard. Our client is making a police report today in Dallas for aggravated sexual assault. More women have reached out to us saying they want to come forward. We are filing are own lawsuit as well.'
On March 11, Prescott pre-emptively sued Shores and both of her attorneys over an alleged $100m extortion plot centered around the sexual assault claim, which his lawyer has characterized as 'completely fabricated.'
Prescott has not been charged with any crime in the case.

Officers confirmed the investigation on March 14: 'Dallas Police Department received a report of a sexual assault the complainant said occurred on February 2, 2017, in the 8500 block of Stemmons Freeway. This is an ongoing investigation.'
Police spokespeople did not immediately respond to DailyMail.com's request for more information. It remains unclear if the investigation is still ongoing.
Prosper police, where Prescott lives, have also told the Dallas Morning News that they are looking into his claims that he is being extorted.
In January, Prescott received a letter from attorneys Bethel and Yoel Zehaie on behalf of Shores, according to a suit filed in Texas' Collin County and provided to DailyMail.com by McCathern.
The letter contained the claim that Prescott sexually assaulted Shores in the back of an SUV on February 2, 2017 after the two had become acquainted on Snapchat.
Zehaie doubled down on his client's allegations against the quarterback, calling him a 'rapist'
'At some point, you, Ms. Shores along with the 2 members of your entourage entered your black SUV style vehicle,' read the letter to Prescott, which was included his lawsuit against Shores. 'You directed Ms. Shores to the furthest back row so you could all head to [redacted].
'On the ride to [redacted] you exposed your genitalia. Ms. Shores did not want to engage in sexual intercourse and made sure to verbalize her wishes. Afterwards, the car came to a stop at your destination. Once this occurred, everyone got out of the car expect you, and you further signaled to one of your entourage members to leave you and Ms. Shores alone.
'At this point, you used physical force and sexually assaulted Ms. Shores by penetrating her vagina without her consent.'
The letter informs Prescott that Shores is 'willing to forego pursuing criminal charges, along with disclosing this information to the public, in exchange for compensating her for the mental anguish she has suffered.'
Prescott is then told that 'Ms. Shores's damages are valued at the sum of $100,000,000.00' and he had 'until February 16, 2024' to respond.
McCathern said in his statement that Prescott has reported the alleged extortion plot to authorities.

Prescott does not deny having intercourse with Shores.
His filing explains that he was 'single' at the time of the alleged assault and goes on to say that Shores' behavior over the last seven years is 'consistent with being involved with only consensual actions with Mr. Prescott.'
'The fact that Mr. Prescott did not hear a single negative thing about this supposed interaction from nearly a decade ago is truly telling of Defendants' motives,' read the filing.
The countersuit is also valued at $100m, although McCathern stated that any award would be donated by Prescott to the Joyful Heart Foundation, which aids sexual assault victims.
The 30-year-old Prescott led the NFL in touchdown passes last season before finishing second in the MVP voting behind Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson.
