Her hands were full as she juggled a large grey leather designer bag along with a large leather Louis Vuitton computer bag complete with laptop.
Quinn's signature blonde locks were worn down as she contrasted her natural make-up with a swipe of shiny red lip.
The reality star was not along on the outing as she was joined by a lawyer as they walked along the sidewalk in the Southern California city.
The most recent development came on Tuesday as Quinn claimed her estranged husband has neglected the family's bills, plunging them into financial distress, in court docs filed in their ongoing split Monday.
The reality star said Richard failed to make good on more than $100,000 in expenses linked to the May 2021 birth of their son, Christian Richard Dumontet, two, Page Six reported Tuesday.
Quinn, according to the outlet, asked the court to force Richard to settle up on 'unpaid hospital bills related to the birth of the parties’ son, in an amount over $100,000 (total amount to be determined).'
Quinn said that Richard had misled her into thinking he had been taking care of the family finances when he had been neglecting them, letting them go into collection agencies. She added that this 'severely' took a toll on her credit rating.
Dailymail.com has reached out to Richard's attorney for comment on the story.

Quinn also accused her estranged husband Richard of child abuse in requesting the court grant her full custody of the couple's two-year-old son, according to the outlet.

Quinn in her filing Monday explained the circumstances behind her contacting police last month, as she accused Richard of throwing a bag with a glass bottle at her that struck their son.
'I reported these acts of abuse to law enforcement,' she said, 'because they were true and because I feared for our safety.'
Police told Page Six that in the incident, 'The suspect threw a bag containing a glass bottle at the victim, missed the victim but hit the victim's child, causing injury.'
The toddler was treated for injuries at a nearby hospital, a separate source told Page Six.
Quinn said she hopes to take their son to her home state of Texas if she is granted full legal and physical custody, and that Richard be 'restricted from any visits with' their son, the outlet reported, citing court docs

Quinn told the court that last week, Richard had been attempting to manipulate and mislead her and her attorneys in claiming falsely that his mother, Nancy Dumontet, had suffered a heart attack.
Quinn told the court that Nancy Dumontet 'did not suffer a heart attack' and Richard had tried 'to exploit a family member's false medical condition ... to manipulate me, my attorneys, and even his own attorneys.'
Quinn said in legal docs, 'I am extremely concerned that Christian will go to any lengths necessary, including great emotional manipulation, as a means to monitor my activity while the restraining order is in effect.'
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ April 5, Richard is asking for sole legal and physical custody of their two-year-old son Christian, with only visitation rights for Quinn.
He also asked the court to terminate the reality TV personality's ability to seek spousal support and is not requesting alimony from her. There did not appear to be any explicit mention of a prenup in his filing.
According to the paperwork, Richard requests the court to help them divide their assets and property; and also asked for any of his earnings he has made since their separation be listed as solely his own. For the date of separation, he reported that it was 'to be determined.'
The now-estranged couple have been married since 2019 and share one son.

He has since disputed this version of events and called them 'lies' as he maintained that he threw a trash bag containing paper towels and soiled rags at the wall.
The former couple — who tied the knot in 2019 — have also filed dueling temporary restraining orders, with Quinn's being granted against him.
A hearing slated for Wednesday will determine if the temporary restraining order is turned into a permanent one.
Quinn told the court Richard has changed security codes on the home, which has left her and their 'two-year-old son out of our house in violation of both orders.'
Quinn obtained a temporary protective order after the first arrest, but Richard still appeared at their marital home the following night and was arrested again, according to an LAPD spokesperson.
It has also been reported that cops had been called 18 times to her home in the past five years, according to US Weekly.
Richard is no longer allowed at the former couple's marital home and is banned from threatening, stalking and/or assaulting her.
In court documents, she made explosive accusations against him when filing for the temporary restraining order. She claimed the couple were experiencing money woes that caused their relationship to crumble.

She alleged that during one outburst the day before his arrest, her husband had urinated on the floor and threw dog feces at her. She also maintained that Richard flung metal, decorative objects at her during that same altercation.
When that alleged incident occurred, Quinn decided to bring her relationship with Richard to an end, according to the court documents.
She was purportedly packing her belongings the next morning when another confrontation with Richard occurred — the one that prompted his first arrest.
The latest legal development comes on the heels of claims that the estranged couple's marital problems have been going on for month.
An insider close to the pair revealed Quinn 'felt unsafe for a while' and claimed he had even gone as far to fake a suicide attempt to 'test her love.'
