Beyonce has congratulated Dawn Staley for her NCAA Championship win this month with flowers and merchandise, as the head coach of the South Carolina Gamecocks showed off the gifts on social media.
On Wednesday, Staley shared that she received a bouquet, personal note and t-shirt from the pop star on Instagram while beaming up in footage of herself sitting next to a vase filled with white roses.
'This deserves a video thank you!' she said as she played Beyonce's 'Texas Hold 'Em' hit in the background. 'Look at the flowers. Look at the merchandise! If you know, you know!'
Staley then read Beyonce's personal message, which was written in a card sent with the items, as well.
'To Coach Staley and the entire South Carolina Gamecocks,' Staley said at first. 'Me and my family watched your games and cheered you on through the entire season. I'm so proud of you. All my love.'
