Tammy Slaton showcased the ongoing progress in her weight loss journey on Tuesday.

The 37-year-old 1000-Lb. Sisters star — who underwent bariatric surgery at the end of 2022 — gave fans a closer look at her transformation with a slew of photographs posted on Instagram.

The photo carousel features snapshots of Tammy modeling a strapless gown, relaxing in pajamas, and lounging in a sweatshirt with her cat, highlighting her remarkable weight loss journey.

She earned praise from her followers, including her surgeon, Dr. Eric Smith, who commented on a post of Tammy and her cat Chocolate, 'You are killing it!'

The post comes after Tammy revealed in December that she weighed 285 pounds, down from her starting point of 717.

She spent 14 months at Windsor Lane Rehabilitation Center in Gibsonburg, Ohio, where she lost more than 400 pounds through treatment and bariatric surgery.

The rehab center was where she also met her late husband Caleb Willingham.

Nicknamed 'Double K', Caleb starred on the weight loss show alongside his wife as they battled their chronic obesity.

They got married with about 30 friends and family members invited to the small ceremony officiated by their home care nurse and friend, Billy.

Just months after marrying, Caleb passed away at age 40 for unknown causes.

Tammy opened up about the moment she found out that Caleb had passed away in the summer.

During an interview with People, Tammy revealed a friend of Caleb's told her over text message that her husband wasn't doing well - before he informed her just 20 minutes later that he had died.

At the time, Tammy was at her home in Kentucky and Caleb was at the Ohio rehab facility she had previously been at with him.

'I was sitting in the fetal position,' she told the publication.

'I got a text message from his friend up there and the text said, "Caleb's not doing good. They're in there working on him." 20 minutes later he texted me back and said he was gone.'

The TLC star also said she has been 'doing fairly well' getting through the tragedy, and has even made a ring and musical note-shaped necklace with the ashes of her late husband.

She has grown attached to the jewelry and finds comfort knowing a piece of him remains with her.

'He's going to live on now forever because his memory is encapsulated,' Tammy said.

'Knowing that he's with me, it's helping me pass the day. I find myself grabbing my necklace and holding it a lot. When I take off my jewelry, I feel like it's weird, separation anxiety. I start panicking.'

Watching Caleb on their show has also provided her with some joy: 'Every time I miss him, I can always look back at the show and watch it and see what made me happy again.'

As far as moving on, Tammy said she wasn't desperate to meet someone new just yet: 'I'm not in any kind of rush right now to settle down or meet anybody.'

In the new season of 1000-Lb. Sisters, Tammy also admitted that she and Caleb 'felt like roommates' before he passed away.
