Rep. Mike Waltz, R-Fla expressed concerns after reviewing some of the documents found in Biden's possession
Waltz called for an 'immediate damage assessment' from the Intelligence Community regarding the documents found in Biden's possession.
Biden was found to have classified material from his decades-long Senate career as well as from his eight years as vice president.
Some of the documents, related to the national intelligence community, were made available to House Intelligence Committee members and select senators for review.
Republicans are still fighting to get access to the classified documents and memos pertaining to the White House found in Biden's possession for review, according a House source.

After an investigation, Special Counsel Robert Hur announced in March that Biden 'willfully retained and disclosed classified materials' found in his basement, garage, and offices.
Hur wrote that Biden considered himself a 'historic figure' and kept the classified materials to 'document his legacy, and to cite as evidence that he was a man of presidential timber.'
The documents were recovered by FBI agents in December 2022 and January 2023.
Hur concluded in his report that the evidence that Biden was not conclusive enough to prosecute the president, suggesting that a jury would view Biden 'as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.'
