Nancy Pelosi has completed a new memoir about her time serving as the first woman speaker of the House in U.S. history.

The memoir is entitled 'The Art of Power' and will be released on August 6, according to its publisher Simon & Schuster.

It will chronicle the 84-year-old Democrats' nearly 40-year tenure in government, spanning from her election to the House in 1987, through her two stints as speaker of the House and her post-speaker career.

Social media users were quick to question whether it will contain stock trading advice from the prolific investor.

According to Quiver Quantitive, a finance data firm that tracks congressional stock trading, Pelosi's net-worth has exploded in recent years. The group now estimates Pelosi is worth $190 million.

In 2024 alone, Pelosi has traded at least $3.9 million worth of stock, according to Quiver.

'Does she give any stock market tips in this book,' one user posted on X. '[That's] what we all really want to know about.'

'How many pages devoted to her insider trading and turning her $150k salary into a nine figure net worth via YOLO tech call options,' another user posted.

Some one else suggested an alternative book title for the new memoir: 'The Art of Insider Trading— How I made more than even the best investors by leveraging the confidential info I learned in Congress.'

'I was expecting a book giving away her secrets to insider trading and how to become a multi millionaire while working for the government your whole life,' another post said.

'We've been collecting and sharing data on stock trading by politicians for the past few years, and recently started building bots that mimic stock trading by different members of Congress,' Quiver Quantitive Co-founder Christopher Kardatzke told DailyMail.com.

'Our 'Nancy Pelosi Strategy' rose over 60% last year,' he said.

'Pelosi’s portfolio is off to a fast start in 2024, with Nvidia stock up over 75 percent so far this year,' Kardatzke continued, adding, 'Pelosi bought up to $5M in Nvidia call options in November.'

In fact, Pelosi's stock trading has drawn so much attention that Sen. Josh Hawley, R-Mo., introduced the Preventing Elected Leaders from Owning Securities and Investments (PELOSI) Act in 2023 to prohibit lawmakers from trading stocks while in office.

'For too long, politicians in Washington have taken advantage of the economic system they write the rules for, turning profits for themselves at the expense of the American people,' Hawley said at the time.

'As members of Congress, both Senators and Representatives are tasked with providing oversight of the same companies they invest in, yet they continually buy and sell stocks, outperforming the market time and again.'

'While Wall Street and Big Tech work hand-in-hand with elected officials to enrich each other, hardworking Americans pay the price. The solution is clear: we must immediately and permanently ban all members of Congress from trading stocks.'

Still, the question of whether the book will contain stock trading tips is yet to be answered.

However, the book announcement did say the memoir will reveal 'how she went toe-to-toe with Trump, leading up to January 6, 2021, when he unleashed his post-election fury on the Congress.'

It will also explain more about the man who 'viciously attacked her beloved husband, Paul,' and 'the traumatic aftermath for her and her family.'

Pelosi's office did not return a request for comment.
