The Spice Girl celebrated her milestone birthday over the weekend and her best friend Eva, 49, looked bleary-eyed but in good spirits as she left the star-studded bash.
The former Desperate Housewives star was seated in the back seat of a luxury vehicle as she headed home in the early hours and appeared to be wiping tears of laughter away.
At one point, Eva could be seen covering her face amid the laughing fit but her wide-eyed smile remained throughout.
The Flamin' Hot director had opted for a sleek black dress with a plunging neckline for the event and kept her smooth dark locks flowing free.
