Biohacker Bryan Johnson has revealed one of the most surprising key ingredients in his daily anti-aging diet: chocolate.
But the health-obsessed multi-millionaire who is on a quest to cheat death isn't talking about the same sweet treat that most people might think of.
The Californian tech mogul, 46, posted a video to YouTube, revealing that he has put his own spin on the sweet confection.
Johnson has made headlines over his controversial and unrelenting attempt to live forever, spending about $2 million per year on regimes to reverse his age dubbing it: 'Project Blueprint.'
In a recent video, Johnson showed off another Project Blueprint favorite, a stack of chocolate, and joking that's how much he'd eaten over the past 'three years' - before clarifying it was not a Hershey's block he was reaching for.

The Californian tech mogul, 46, posted a video to YouTube, sharing he like to chow down on some chocolate every now and then. However, he does have his own spin on the sweet treat
'Sometimes the things that are good for us we don't do,' Johnson explained.
'Today I'm going to show you where something is good for us is something we do want to do - and it's chocolate,' he shared excitedly.
Johnson, who has a Blueprint store where he sells the products he uses in his anti-aging regime, said he and his team 'searched all over the world for the best possible cocoa.'
'We've measured them, we've tested them and we now have a version available for you,' he gushed.
Johnson swears by cocoa, listing the health benefits as brain health including executive function, long-term memory, and heart health.
Although a big fan of cocoa, Johnson says they're not all created equal.
'If you're looking to buy high-quality cocoa, you want to look for several things; one, it's pure cocoa; two is you want it to be undutched; three, you want to test it for heavy metals; and four, you want a high flavonol count,' he shared.
Johnson said that he used the cocoa powder in his recipes - which he swore was helping reduce his biological age by five years.
He recommends mixing it with nut milk or as he has, incorporating it into his nutrient-dense meals.

According to Medical News Today, cocoa powder is rich in antioxidants and has several potential health benefits. These include helping to reduce blood pressure and decrease the risk of heart disease.
The Blueprint cocoa retails for $39, advising it be consumed with nut milk, coffee, or the brand's own Nutty Butter.
Along with cocoa powder, the millionaire biohacker credits extra virgin olive oil - or EVOO - as a key ingredient in his quest for youthfulness.
He has launched some of his own as a part of his Project Blueprint, claiming it also adds 'spice and fun' to all his food.
After spending $6 million in total to reverse his physical age, Johnson claims to have turned back the clocks by five years.
The tech mogul has also spoken about his skincare routine, sharing he tries to minimize the time he spends in the sun by only venturing out when he can in the early mornings or in the evenings when the UV index is low.
According to the anti-aging biohacker, his lengthy skincare routine is working - and has already regressed his age.
'My skin age was like 64 on one of the markers, and on my recent measurement I think to between 37 and 42,' he said.
Johnson now claims to have the heart of a 37-year-old, the skin of a 28-year-old, and the fitness of an 18-year-old after adopting the highly-regimented program in 2020.
His regime includes chowing down on 80 vitamins and minerals a day, and eating 70 pounds of pureed vegetables a month.
