A mom has lifted the lid on her experience bringing her 14-month-old toddler to Coachella as she showcased videos her child dancing along to a slew of artists.
Maddie Bannister and her husband, Brandon, are Mexico-based parents who have a strong love of music and have been sharing their favorite tunes with their daughter, Hannelore, since she was born.
Having previously taken Hannelore to concerts in their hometown, the couple decided to bring their toddler to Coachella, which takes place over two weekends in California and features performances from more than 160 artists.
When Maddie, who works at a company that helps with the production of music festivals, was asked to attend Coachella and work on-site, she decided to make it a family affair and bring Brandon and Hannelore to the festival, and documented her toddler's experience and the music in a series of videos on her TikTok account.

Having previously taken Hannelore to a slew of concerts in their hometown, the couple decided to bring the toddler to the highly-anticipated Coachella music festival
She shared footage of Hannelore donning a large pair of noise canceling headphones to block out the loud sounds as she danced around, slept, and snacked while watching the performers.
In one of the videos, the toddler was seen sleeping in her stroller as her parents jammed out to the music.
In another, Hannelore ate some snacks as she watched artists on stage. Meanwhile, Brandon incorporated her bottle into his dance moves and gave it a good shake while listening to the music.
Speaking to People, Maddie opened up about her decision to bring Hannelore along to the festival.
She told the outlet that having her daughter tag along was a no brainer because she had been listening to music since she was born.
'My husband and I met during the pandemic. We had a lot of music love in common, and I worked in that industry for a long time. As soon as we could start going back to festivals and concerts and things, we did,' Maddie said.
'We've been taking Hani to shows since she was a couple of months old. She's always loved it.
'So she saw Metallica and Guns N' Roses and Tool at a few months old. We've taken her to see Phish and a few day festivals in our hometown. She's definitely had her fair share of concert days.'
And despite being pro concertgoers, Maddie and Brandon still wanted to ensure they gave their daughter the most comfortable experience and planned out every thing they would need for her.
She added: 'We brought everything that we thought we might need. By day two, we could leave a few extra things at home because we had our rhythm a bit better. The things we always have are her diaper bag, bottle, headphones for all the music — she has to have them on every set — and snacks on snacks on snacks.
'We had goggles for the golf cart, a hat since she's a little red-headed baby, so she definitely couldn't sit in the sun too long. We made sure to bring layers and run through all the possibilities, like how it could drop 40 degrees by night.'
Maddie noted that being a worker at the festival helped because they were able to use 'golf carts.'
The mom admitted that she wasn't the only parent who brought her child to the festival either - adding that there was even a 'kidchella' area.
And Maddie revealed that she was happily surprised to have received so much positive feedback when it came to bringing her daughter along.
She told the outlet: 'We got lots of positive feedback, which isn't always the case when you bring your kids to a concert, but Coachella people were definitely stoked for us and said, "You're doing a good job. I want to do this with my kids when I have kids." So it's nice to have that support. It was very community-oriented.'
She also shared that those moms and dads who didn't bring their children even asked them for their advice.
And while Maddie confessed that it was a bit 'hard' having Hannelore at the festival while working, she would do it all over again due to how 'fun' it was - adding that her 'amazing' hubby helped take care of their daughter while she worked.
However, the mom did reveal there were a few things she would change about their Coachella trip.
'We might go in a bit later and catch some different sets. We were spending eight hours out there starting relatively early, between 2 and 3, so by the time that the headliners went on, we were struggling and too tired. This [weekend two], I'm hoping that we can shift our schedule a little bit and go in a little bit later so that we can enjoy some of those later headlining set,' she explained.
