Former New York Jets quarterback Zach Wilson has already put his New Jersey condo up for sale following his trade to the Denver Broncos just yesterday.
The condo is located just ten minutes away from the Jets' facilities and headquarters in the town of Florham Park.
Wilson spent $865,000 for the three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom residence when it was just about one-year old.
The quarterback purchased the property back in April of 2022 - shortly after his rookie season had ended.
Currently, the property is listed for $950,000 - which, according to realtor.com, is below the median price for the area.

On Monday, Wilson was traded to the Denver Broncos in exchange for a draft pick
Once Wilson sells this place, he'll be on the search for a new one in his new home of Denver, Colorado.
After searching for a trade partner for months, the Broncos stepped up and traded for Wilson in a pick swap.
Wilson and a seventh round pick will be heading to Denver in exchange for a sixth-round pick.
In addition, the two teams have agreed to evenly split the remainder of Wilson's salary.
Wilson was thrust into the starting role after Aaron Rodgers suffered a season ending injury just four snaps into the 2023 season.
He did not perform well - only tossing for 2,271 yards, eight touchdowns, and seven interceptions.
If the Denver Broncos don't take a quarterback in this year's NFL Draft, Wilson will be battling Jarrett Stidham for the starting job.
