Megan Thee Stallion has been accused of harassment after a former cameraman claimed he was forced to watch her have sex with another woman in a shock lawsuit.

Emilio Garcia claims in a suit filed Tuesday in Los Angeles County Superior Court that he was trapped inside a moving vehicle with the star, 29, in Ibiza, Spain in 2022 while she had sex with the woman.

He is accusing her of harassment and a hostile work environment, per NBC News - he was seen posing with the star in a past image provided to the outlet.

Garcia claims that after the alleged incident he was told 'don’t ever discuss what you saw' and claims Megan 'berated, fat-shamed and treated him differently'.

He said the 'harassment was so severe or pervasive' that it created a 'hostile, abusive work environment' that made Garcia’s 'working conditions intolerable' in the lawsuit.

In a statement to Page Six, Megan's lawyer, Alex Spiro, slammed Garcia's 'salacious accusations' and suggested he is trying to 'embarrass' his client.

'This is an employment claim for money — with no sexual harassment claim filed and with salacious accusations to attempt to embarrass her,' he said, adding: 'We will deal with this in court.'

Garcia says he began working for the star as her personal cameraman in 2018, quit his job the following year to work with her full time until June 2023.

He claims the alleged incident happened in June 2022 while in an SUV with Megan and three other women after a night out. He says Megan and one of the women began to have sex next to him in the car.

He told NBC News in a statement: 'I felt uncomfortable. I was kind of frozen, and I was shocked. At kind of just be the overall audacity to do this right, right beside me.'

Garcia claims the rapper asked him the next day whether he was in the car with them during the sexual act and says she told him: 'Don’t ever discuss what you saw.'

He further claims it the lawsuit that during the same trip Megan fat-shamed him, calling him a 'fat b***h” and telling him 'you don’t need to be eating.' leaving him feeling 'degraded.'

He claims when they returned his compensation structure changed from a 'monthly flat-rate to a pay-per-task system that required him to submit invoices for each assignment.'

He claims the star's alleged 'possessiveness combined with a lack of appropriate pay for the amount of time asked of him' made him consider quitting.

The suit states Garcia 'endured a barrage of relentless sexual and fat-shaming comments plunging him into profound emotional distress' while working with Megan.

Garcia claims he remained on the singer's schedule but the night before Roc Nation told him 'his services would no longer be required' by Megan.

Ron Zambrano, an attorney for Garcia, said in a statement to NBC News: 'Megan just needs to pay our client what he’s due, own up to her behavior and quit this sort of sexual harassment and fat shaming conduct.

'Emilio should never have been put in a position of having to be in the vehicle with her while she had sex with another woman. ‘Inappropriate’ is putting it lightly. Exposing this behavior to employees is definitely illegal.'

Garcia claims he faced a loss in earnings and 'other employment benefits, as well as physical injuries, physical sickness and emotional distress', per the lawsuit.

The suit states while working with Megan he was without 'basic insurance coverage' which was as misclassification as an independent contractor and now he 'grapples with mounting anxiety, depression, and physical distress stemming from the toxic work environment.'

Garcia’s lawsuit also alleges employment and wage violations from his independent contractor status.

The lawsuit claims Megan denied him overtime pay and breaks and stopped him working for anyone else.

Garcia told NBC News in an interview that he is seeking more than six figures - stating he wants unpaid wages, as well as interest on the unpaid wages, unpaid overtime wages and other employee benefits at the legal rate.

He is also seeking statutory penalties and wage penalties pursuant to California labor laws, punitive damages according to proof and costs he incurred, including attorneys’ fees.
