The mom-of-two confessed that she wanted to share her procedure with her fans because she 'likes being transparent' (seen alongside Hugh in 2003)
The ex-Playboy bunny said: 'I have bandages on my a**. This it's the coolest thing, I think it's pretty unique and nobody knows about this, so I got my cellulite removed. '
She confessed that while it sounds 'crazy' and unrealistic', she loves getting it done.
Holly even shared the doctor she went to - adding that she has had to get this specific procedure done multiple times because it doesn't last forever.
'I went to this guy named Dr. Manus, he's a surgeon in Los Angeles, on Sunset Boulevard, and I had this done five years ago, so it doesn't last forever.
'It lasts a good three years, and then I started to notice cellulite coming back and then it just got to the point five years later, where I decided I wanted to do it again,' she explained.
The former Playboy bunny also spoke about the procedure itself, which she said wasn't painful. She explained that she was awake for the procedure but her 'butt was numb.'
'It was two injections per butt cheek, it was super easy it took 45 minutes in total,' she added.
While Holly did not reveal the cost of the procedure, other similar treatments are priced up to $4,000.

Holly also noted that other women shouldn't rush to get the procedure done if they don't have issues with their cellulite (seen in 2006)

She said: 'Cellulite is totally normal, ever woman has it, so don't you feel like you need to do anything. I just do a lot of photoshoots.'
The former Playboy bunnies continued their conversation about plastic surgery, turning their focal point to Megan Fox, who finally set the record straight on her various plastic surgery procedures.
Speaking on the Call Her Daddy podcast she revealed the work she'd had had done on her face - getting filler and Botox but not a facelift or threads - a nonsurgical procedure designed to lift sagging skin and stimulate collagen production.
She explained: I've never had a facelift of any kind, no lateral brow lift although I would like one!
'No regular brow lift, I've never done threads. That's not because of some moral thing, I just don't really believe they work and I'm also afraid that they would interfere when I do need to have a facelift.
'I am very tempted to go have my eyebrows snatched like all the way [back]. I want that look. That seems fun and you can do it on a lunch break and I see why it's so tempting,'
She went on to dismiss rumors she'd had buccal fat removal, (cheek slimming) explaining: 'I've never had that done I'll never have any fat removed.
'I'm a very like lean person that doesn't have enough body fat or fat in my face so I will only ever put fat in.
'I will never be taking fat out, which leads me to I've never had any liposuction or body contouring or anything like that.'

She also shared that she began dieting when she was just 11 years old so she could meet body standards (seen in 2010)
However, Hugh's exes weren't convinced and questioned: 'What is Megan Fox gate keeping?'
Bridget said: 'I think its a face thing.' Holly replied: 'Me too and I probably want it to so spill the beans.'
The two blonde beauties then asked Megan to 'hit them up' and dish out her secret procedure.
In the past, the Holly admitted that she has struggled with body dysmorphia and warned fans about the cost of obsessing over weight, revealing that she was worried that she was too fat in 2005 — though she can see now that she was 'a stick.'

Holly was 21 when she moved into the Playboy mansion in 2000 and became Hefner's 'special one,' or main girlfriend.
'I think I was drawn to try and be in the spotlight because I felt like if I could be famous, that would be a shortcut to feeling a connection with people,' Madison says in the 'Secrets of Playboy.'
'I wasn't physically attracted to Hef, but I did find him very charming.'
The star also claimed Hugh offered her a Quaalude, a powerful sedative that has been illegal since 1984, the first night she went out with him and his other girlfriends. He allegedly told her, 'They used to call these thigh-openers in the '70s.'

Hugh died in 2017. His son, Cooper Hefner, has since come out against the documentary, tweeting that the stories are 'a case study of regret becoming revenge.'
The documentary features Hugh's former butler, who claims his boss would host 'pig night' where he would invite high-profile and celebrity friends over and secretly film them having sex with 'ugly' prostitutes he had hired. A former assistant claims Hefner used the amphetamine Dexedrine every day to keep himself alert.
Playboy magazine shared a statement: 'Today's Playboy is not Hugh Hefner's Playboy. We trust and validate these women and their stories and we strongly support those individuals who have come forward to share their experiences.'
