Jeannie Mai has accused her estranged husband Jeezy of domestic violence and child neglect in shock new court filings amid their explosive divorce.

TV personality Mai, 45, who married Jeezy, 46 in 2021, laid bare the extent of her allegedly troubled home life in documents obtained by DailyMail.com, claiming her ex punched her in the face and called her a 'wh***' three weeks after she gave birth to their daughter Monaco, now two, and pushed her down steps in another incident.

Mai also raises concern for their daughter's welfare, alleging Monaco found a Louis Vuitton handbag that contained Jeezy's (real name Jay Wayne Jenkins) AK-47 firearm - leading her to remove the child from the Atlanta, Georgia, home on or about October 11, 2023.

The rapper has since denied all the claims in a statement posted to his Instagram.

Included within the documents are photos of Mai's severe bruising on her arms after an alleged golf cart accident from when Jeezy drove allegedly 'severely intoxicated.'

One alleged incident took place on January 18 2022 in Miami while the couple were talking in a parked car - weeks after Monaco's birth.

Jeezy allegedly asked the driver to leave the vehicle and then 'began to berate' Mai.

He allegedly said: 'You wh**e!' and "I can't wait to divorce you when we get back' before holding Mai 'against her will' inside the vehicle.

As she attempted to escape the vehicle, Jeezy allegedly struck Mai with a closed fist across her cheekbone and eye, causing a subconjunctival hemorrhage.

That week the couple contacted their pastor and therapist for counseling.

Mai claims Jeezy choked her from behind as she was walking up steps at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in San Francisco on April 14, 2022 - before allegedly pushing her down the steps.

The documents state the incident was noticed by a hotel security guard in the lobby who intervened to protect her after she repeatedly said she 'felt unsafe.'

Jeezy allegedly called Mai a 'f*****g b***h' and repeatedly said: 'I can do so much better than you.'

The documents state that Jeezy has 'documented issues with explosive outbursts, excessive drinking, and domestic violence perpetuated against Mother and his eldest son (Jadarius, 12).

The documents cite another alleged incident on December 17 2022 at the UNCF 39th Atlanta Mayor's Masked Ball, when Mai went to the restroom with her girlfriend.

Jeezy allegedly became 'enraged' as he did not know where she was for 25 minutes and 'abruptly demanded' they leave.

It was claimed he then asked the driver to leave and began to verbally abuse Mai - who attempted to exit the vehicle twice.

On the second attempt it was claimed Jeezy grabbed Mai by the neckline of her dress, resulting in the dress being torn and multiple 2-3 inch scratches across her right breast.

Mai told her therapist about this with Jeezy present and also told her best friend in confidence.

Jeezy also allegedly crashed a golf cart which caused injuries to himself and Mai - with photos showing the injuries.

The documents claim that 'unbeknownst' to Mai - Jeezy was 'overly intoxicated' before the crash.

Mai shared text messages from Jeezy apologizing for his behavior that caused the injuries. He wrote: 'I’m so sorry, babe. Haven’t forgiven myself for puttin’ you in danger. I’ve been uneasy and sad about it.'

He also allegedly crashed another vehicle during their marriage after drinking too much.

The documents reads: 'Fortunately, in the other incident where [Jeezy] crashed his luxury vehicle into the side of their home, no one was seriously injured and there was only damage to property.'

Mai claims she 'mistakenly believed' her husband was a changed man prior to their marriage after he assured her of this.

The documents cite ongoing concerns about improper storage of firearms by Jeezy - including photos of the star's guns lying on the bedroom floor and in the house.

It is claimed Monaco found 'Jeezy's AK-47 in a zipped up Louis Vuitton bag on the parties’ dining room floor, and after the same gun was found next to a bed, which the minor child could have easily accessed.'

Thereafter both Jeezy and Mai agreed that that Mai and Monaco 'would relocate to the parties’ rental residence in Los Angeles, California.'

They read: 'Father’s mixture of concerning attributes along with his penchant for leaving bullets and assault rifles laying around have given Mother reasonable concern for the parties’ minor child’s wellbeing and why Mother has insisted upon Father securing his weapons.'

As part of an agreement with Mai, Jeezy also agreed to send her photos of all his guns in their homes, safely secured, along with a full inventory of the firearms.

He ended up sending her images of four of his guns, however his AK-47 was missing from the photographs.

It was noted, however, that Jeezy later informed Jeannie he had the AK-47 removed from their home. He has yet to submit the full inventory of guns.

The court documents also claimed Jeezy had been 'neglectful' in looking after their daughter in several instances.

'In November of 2023, the minor child visited Father in the parties’ Atlanta home. During the time that the minor child was visiting Father in the Atlanta home, Father left the minor child, seemingly unattended, to perform at the CMG Gangsta Art Tour at State Farm Arena.

'Then, in December of 2023, when the minor child visited Father at the parties’ Atlanta, Georgia home, Mother learned that the minor child had been locked in her room overnight, and due to Father not properly monitoring the child, a health-related toxic and biohazardous situation resulted for the minor child.

'It is clear that Father was neglectful of properly supervising the minor child during his parenting time despite assurances that were previously provided to Mother.'

Jeezy subsequently denied all the allegations in a statement posted to his Instagram on Thursday: 'The allegations are not only false, but also deeply disturbing, especially coming from someone I loved. This malicious attempt to tarnish my character and disrupt my family is ridiculous. It’s disheartening to witness the manipulation and deceit at play and at this time my main concern is being an active father to our daughter as I continue to fight for court mandated joint custody. Rest assured, the truth will prevail through the proper legal channels.'

Earlier this month Jeezy walked back his request for full custody of his two-year-old daughter Monaco.

According to TMZ, the rapper — who recently claimed Mai 'isn't taking care of their child' — asked a judge for joint custody and a temporary parenting schedule.

He wants time with Monaco to be equally split between both parents.

Jeezy claims that he's hardly seen his daughter in 2024 because Mai has allegedly failed to adhere to the custody arrangement they agreed upon in mediation last year.

Although Mai agreed to let him take Monaco from the dates of March 3 to March 9, Jeezy alleges that plans to see his child again in early April were thwarted.

He claims that Monaco was not at his and Jeannie's marital home when he sent someone there to pick her up on visitation day.

The Put On hitmaker claims that he's often left in the dark about his child's location now that Jeannie and Monaco no longer live in the home.

He claims that Jeannie has his cellphone number blocked so he is unable to see Monaco via FaceTime.

He also alleges that Jeannie is bothered by him being a gun owner despite him having always owned guns.

Jeezy has requested that a hearing be held to work out the details of a temporary parenting schedule as their divorce battle rages on.

This came just one week after he shocked fans by petitioning an Atlanta judge to discard the custody and parenting time arrangement that he and Jeannie agreed upon in recent mediation and wanted Monaco to live with him full time.

He alleged that 'Jeannie isn’t even taking care of their kid herself,' per the outlet.

Additionally, the Soul Survivor hitmaker claimed that Jeannie had denied him parenting time with Monaco for nearly two months.

Initially, during his separation from Mai, Jeezy consented to relocate to the basement, while Mai eventually vacated their residence, taking Monaco with her.

He now asserts that over the past two months, during which his parenting time has been denied, their daughter has predominantly been under the care of Mai's mother and brother, while Mai, as the host of The Talk, maintains a demanding travel itinerary.

In essence, Jeezy argued that Monaco's life would be more stable under his sole guardianship.

The court filing came four months after Jeannie requested that the court hold off on enforcing her prenup with Jeezy as she claims that she did not have enough time to review it before signing after conflicting statements about their separation.

The television personality filed the request in Fulton County Superior Court in Georgia.

In it Jeannie is asking a judge to either deny the rapper's motion to enforce the prenuptial agreement or at least hold off on enforcing it until both parties can exchange info about it.

The publication reports that the documents indicate that Jeannie said the prenup process was so quick that she doesn't believe that she had the time to be able to do the proper due diligence on the agreement.

She claims that the two had only started negotiating five days before their wedding.

Jeannie alleges that she did not go through Jeezy's - born Jay Wayne Jenkins - financial disclosures as thoroughly as she would have liked in order to make sure that she was getting a fair deal.

According to TMZ, Jeannie says in the documents that the smaller window 'raises significant concerns about the adequacy and thoroughness of the due diligence process.'

Jeannie also said that she believes she has 'significant reservations' about her now ex's financial disclosures.

Her legal team says that the rapper only handed over one personal financial statement with approximate taxes and insists she was legally entitled to a thorough examination of all relevant documents.

In December Jeannie and Jeezy have made conflicting statements about their separation.

The television personality claimed that she found out about her divorce from the news while the rapper reportedly stated that was not true.

On Monday, December 4, the actress made an appearance on The Jennifer Hudson Show and admitted she was 'gutted' after learning about her now-estranged husband filing for divorce.

Just days after she suggested her ex was allegedly unfaithful, she told the host that finding out 'at the same time as the rest of the world' was 'kinda hard', but the split is something she is 'taking day by day'.

That came about two months after it was reported that the pair had split and filed for divorce in September.

'I think I'm doing better now,' she said after Hudson asked how she has been doing since the separation.

However, she admitted that she couldn't say the same weeks earlier when she had been allegedly blindsided by Jeezy, whose real name is Jay Wayne Jenkins.

'At the time, when I found out at the same time as the rest of the world that my marriage was ending in divorce, I was gutted,' she said.

In the aftermath of their split, she said that she has been 'picking up the pieces' and has been focusing on 'discovering' herself.

Most importantly, she said that her main priority is 'being a mom to the best blessing in my life — my little girl.'

About a year ago, Mai had welcomed her daughter Monaco, nearly 11-months-old, with Jenkins.

She also said on the show that she wants to make sure that their child gets to spend time with her father for the holidays.

In December, Mai had cited her pre-nuptial agreement in her divorce petition response to Jenkins and suggested that Jenkins had been unfaithful.

A source told TMZ just hours after The Jennifer Hudson Show episode with Mai's guest appearance aired that those claims were false.

The insider said Jenkins also refuted what his estranged wife said on the show about how he had blindsided her about their divorce.

He alleged that it was something they both knew was coming as they had gone to multiple marriage counselors and therapists in the time leading up to their split, the source told the outlet.

They also claimed that Jenkins is adamantly refuting the cheating allegations.
