Court documents show Mohr was hired by the victim's family to give their daughter softball lessons at Strike Zone Training Center in Fort Wayne. However, he began to turn her against her family and severely damage her confidence.
After six months of training, the victim's father found his daughter at Mohr's home.
She told investigators across multiple interviews that Mohr touched her in a sexual manner during their softball sessions and they shared private digital images with each other.
Mohr was also said to have touched her in a sexual manner while they were in his vehicle and he even gave her a new phone so they could be in contact.
