The mother of one of three men who 'froze to death' in a friend's yard after a Kansas City Chiefs viewing party has called for charges against the host, saying families still have 'no answers' four months on.
David Harrington, Ricky Johnson and Clayton McGeeney were found dead and frozen in Jordan Willis' yard two days after they went to his house on January 7 to watch the Chiefs' playoff win against the Chargers.
Willis claimed the three men froze to death while he slept, and investigators ruled out foul play as they declined to make any arrests and a preliminary toxicology report found the men had THC, cocaine and fentanyl in their systems.
But Harrington's mother, Jennifer Marquez, said Willis 'still has a lot to answer for' and said 'I believe there should be some charges.'
She said the families are still waiting for answers, telling Fox News Digital: 'There's no information being released, even though the police are still working from my understanding on the case.'

The owner of the home (pictured) told police the men had frozen to death in his backyard. Their loved ones have raised questions over the lack of reporting of their bodies, and the snow that they say was not deep enough to submerge them
David Harrington's parents Jon and Theresa Harrington said they are not satisfied with the explanation for his deaths, and believe there is more to the story
Jennifer Marquez, said Willis 'still has a lot to answer for' and said 'I believe there should be some charges.'
After the men failed to return home from the game, friends and family repeatedly tried to contact Willis, texting, calling and knocking on his door.
He didn't respond to messages for two days, until one of the men's fiancées broke into the home to look for the men.
She found a body lying on the porch and called the police who found the other two bodies in the yard.
Willis' lawyer said that he had been sleeping for the two days people had been trying to contact him, and hadn't known his friends were lying dead or dying in the yard.
After the discovery, Willis, who worked as an HIV scientist, moved out of his house and checked himself into rehab.
The police ruled out homicide and said they did not believe there was anything suspicious about the deaths.
But Marquez told Fox Digital she still believes Willis has questions to answer.
She said: 'If you have a party and serve too much alcohol and someone drives away from your house and has a wreck and kills themselves or others, you can be charged with overserving.
'He had a party and three people died — he should have charges brought against him.
'Jordan [is] just going on with his life, while the rest of us are having to deal with the loss of family members. Was his computer checked to see if he had been on it at any time in the two days that he didn't answer… and never received any text or anything from family or friends of the men or even his work?
'You would think he checked on his work so he wouldn't be in trouble or behind and that would prove he lied about not knowing [the men were dead or dying in his backyard].'
Ricky Johnson, a father-of-three, was described as a 'cherished son, brother, uncle and friend' who was beloved by his 'three beautiful daughters.' His brother said: 'My brother was a smart man, and there's no way that he would just freeze to death'

Johnson's grief-stricken family say they aren't satisfied with the investigation, with his brother Jonathan Price (center) saying that 'freezing to death is not a cause of death that I would accept'
Kansas City Police Department Sergeant Phil DiMartino told Fox News Digital this week that there were 'no updates' in the investigation.
They said the department still does not suspect foul play in the men's deaths, and previously that they are '100 percent not being investigated as homicide[s].'
DiMartino told the outlet: 'Investigators continue to follow all leads. Our agency remains in contact and continues to work with the Platte County Prosecutor's office for review of any applicable charges.'
Willis' lawyer has claimed: 'He had absolutely nothing to do with their deaths.'
He maintained through his attorney that he waved off the three friends at 2am after the game ended, before sleeping on the couch and spending the next two days inside the house, not thinking anything of the fact that his friends' cars were still outside.
McGeeney's desperate fiancée April Mahoney, 34, raised the alarm after she broke into the property just before 10pm on January 9 and found 300lb Harrington dead on the porch.
She called police and officers discovered April's partner of 12 years and Johnson dead in the backyard.
The consensus among family and friends is that drugs could have been responsible.
Harrington's parents said in February that 'somebody gave them something that would kill them.'
'What matters is that he didn't take that to die... It just means that there's more to the story, there's more to it than just that.
'He didn't take that to die. if he took the drugs on his own, he took them to get high.'
