Influencers complain after exclusive Revolve afterparty SPLITS them into 'over and under' one million followers and makes them wait three hours to enter

Social media influencers were left in shock after they were allegedly split into groups based on their follower count at Revolve's afterparty at the Stagecoach festival.

The online fashion retailer co-hosted an afterparty with streetwear brand Pizzaslime at this year's edition of the country music festival in California

But in an effort to make the much-awaited party more exclusive, organizers allegedly placed a billboard indicating the minimum followers requirement right outside the venue.

TikToker Rhegan Coursey (@rhegancoursey), who boasts 1.3 million followers posted a video from the entry point of the party with the board in the background and told her followers, 'I am leaving the afterparty because of this sign'.

Footage shows one of the boards with the message: 'Over 1 million+ followers enter here' and an arrow pointing to the left.

Meanwhile, another board posted the message: 'Under 1 million followers enter here' and an arrow pointing right was also placed at the venue.

The text 'Pizzaslime' and 'Revolve' were also written on both of the signages.

Coursey could be heard telling her viewers: 'That's so weird to me. Like, what?

'I get exclusivity and s*** but, like, we're not celebs. [We're] normal a** people, I don't know. That was really weird to me. I'm leaving.

'I'm probably never going to get invited to any of their parties now, but… see y'all whenever I make it home.'

DailyMail.com has reached out to Revolve for a comment.

Many viewers and influencers came in support of the TikToker and praised her for leaving the event despite having over a million followers.

Abbie Herbert, a popular influencer with 15.5 million followers on TikTok, shared disbelief and wrote: 'This can’t be real'.

A creator named Anna, who goes by @annaxsitar and boasts 12 million followers on the video-sharing app, wrote, 'UM WHAT,' while Christina Roki, who goes by @christinaroki, commented, 'U a real one'.

One viewer further wrote, 'the fact that u r 1m+ and still left,' while another commented, 'the fact u left. automatic follow.'

A further user also wondered, 'I wanna know if there's people checking phones at the entrance.'

But while Revolve attempted to maintain exclusivity at its event, invited influencers were quick to criticize about the 'poor-planning' at the event.

According to NBC, guests could only get into the Festival by taking designated shuttles, which picked up guests at an empty parking lot about a mile and a half from the Merv Griffin Estate.

But the influencers revealed over Instagram Stories and TikTok that the transportation was disorganized and ill-equipped for large crowds.

Some even said they waited for hours under the hot sun with no food or water.

Averie Bishop, a creator who said she was invited to the festival but did not go due to bad transportation, revealed, 'Influencers get a bad reputation for acting entitled. However, influencer status aside, many people were simply outside waiting in the heat for two or three hours without any water.

'It was a difficult and unsafe situation that could have been easily avoided.'

Bishop further said that 'very few' buses were in rotation between the venue and pickup spot and that they picked up guests more frequently from the VIP line than from the general admission line.

'My friend and I decided to simply bail as the conditions worsened. A girl was close to passing out and a security guard rushed to find water,' she commented.

Revolve has yet not publicly commented on the allegations made by these influencers.
