Surveillance footage captured by the next-door neighbor's doorbell video showed two men fleeing the scene as the house went up in a fireball.

Investigators from the Canton Fire Department and State Fire Marshal's Office believe that evidence at the scene suggests that the fire was intentionally set.

The deceased was transported to a waiting ambulance and was later taken to the county morgue, fire officials say.

Little is known about the homeowner at this time, but one of the neighbors, described him as 'a nice person...always fun ... always happy' as per the news outlet.

Officials are offering up to a $5,000 reward for any valuable information in the deadly arson, according to Cleveland News19.

The boarded and burnt out structure that has the remains of American flag hanging and signs posted up that read 'Arson' may now have to be torn down, fire officials said.
