Chantel Ibbotson, also known as Mama Mila, showed how to 'say goodbye to dingy whites' using a homemade mix of three ingredients.
The Melbourne mum-of-two took a white t-shirt that had developed a grey tinge from wear and tear and put it in a bowl of warm water.
She then added a quarter cup of hydrogen peroxide and one cup of baking soda to the bowl then gave it a stir to make sure they soaked through the whole shirt.
Chantel uses hydrogen peroxide to 'brighten and disinfect' while the baking soda also helps to brighten and deodorise.

If a shirt has an oil-based stain, she recommended adding a teaspoon of dish-washing liquid to the mix to lift the mark.
