The View's Ana Navarro branded Tom Brady 'lame' and 'mean' on Monday for allowing people to make jokes about his ex-wife, Gisele Bündchen, at his star-studded Netflix show The Greatest Roast Of All Time: Tom Brady.
Tom, 46, and Gisele, 43, split in October 2022 after 13 years of marriage, and the former NFL player - who shares two children with his ex - was filmed laughing while comedians such as Kevin Hart and Nikki Glaser poked fun at the Brazilian model, who is now dating Miami-based jiujitsu instructor Joaquim Valente.
During Monday's episode of The View, moderator Whoopi Goldberg asked the panel if they 'could find a way to laugh at personal matters like that,' to which Navarro, 52, replied: 'Well, if I were getting paid what he was probably getting paid - he was an executive producer - I'd laugh at all sorts of things.
'But I think the person who wasn't getting paid and ended up being part of this roast, was Gisele. And I think that's a really kind of bad, lame thing to do to your ex-wife and mother of your children, and, you know, I felt particularly bad.'

Sunny Hostin clearly felt the same way and said: 'I've got to agree. I love comedy and I like to laugh, but not at people's expense. I don't know, for me that makes me uncomfortable.
'Teasing is fine, you know you play The Dozens with your friends and stuff like that, but it felt mean, and I think if you agree to executive produce your own roast and you're making money from it and you agree to it, that's one thing, but it is another thing to roast from the audience,' the 55-year-old added.
Navarro then demanded that Brady should give his ex-wife 'half' of the money he made from the live Netflix show, which was held at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, California, and saw Kim Kardashian booed by the audience when she took to the stage.
Referring to that moment, Alyssa Farah Griffin said: 'I have a pretty high bar for... I like a roast but this bordered on mean. My mom texted me and was like, "are you watching this?" and I wasn't and I tuned in, the crowd booed Kim Kardashian and it felt a little verging on mean-spirited.'
However, Griffin, 34 appeared to try and defend Tom when she said: 'We should say, I don't know that Tom Brady would have known there were Gisele jokes because I think it was made at his expense, but I see the point that she was the butt of a lot of the jokes....'
But Navarro quickly reminded her cohost: 'But Robert Kraft, the owner of the Patriots, was the butt of some of the jokes and he got up at some point, Tom Brady, to tell the roast master to knock it off when it came to Robert Kraft.
'So he wants it to knocked off when it comes to Robert Kraft, but not to Gisele?' she then asked, before saying: 'I didn't like it.'
Sara Haines added: 'Roasts are so extreme. If you are inviting me to a roast, there better be meat involved because I don't do this thing. I would be fetal in the corner for someone else, not even myself.

Nikki Glaser poked fun at Tom's divorce and also made a joke about the late football player Aaron Hernandez
'It's so uncomfortable. I want to laugh when everyone in the room is throwing their head back and laughing, but if that's at someone's expense, and Gisele came to mind a lot for me because I thought they're going through all this and to hear those jokes about you, like she's going to hear them, you can't dodge it,' she pointed out.
One particular joke about Bündchen and her new boyfriend was made by Glaser, who said: 'How much would it suck for Tom... omg, just knowing your ex-wife's new boyfriend could beat your a** while eating hers.'
She continued: 'Tom, the only thing dumber than you saying "yes" to this roast was when you said, "Hey babe, you should try jiu-jitsu."'
In another pointed jab, Glaser added: 'You have seven rings... well, eight now that Gisele gave hers back.'
As well as poking fun at the stunning model, Julian Edelman also left a bad taste in people's mouths after he made a 'cruel' joke about former New England Patriots star, Aaron Hernandez, who took his own life in April 2017.
Hernandez killed himself in prison while serving a life sentence for the 2013 murder of semi-professional football player Odin Lloyd.
But that didn't stop the likes of Edelman and comedian Glaser from delivering some very crude jokes about him on Sunday night.
Some of them even left his former Patriots teammate Rob Gronkowski speechless on stage while host Hart squirmed in his seat.

Hernandez's former fiancée Shayanna Jenkins has slammed the Netflix special and branded the jokes as 'cruel'
When discussing 'how big Gronk's (Gronkowski) d*** is', Edelman said: 'But there was this other Patriots tight end. Now he was hung.'
Glaser then made an insensitive joke about Hernandez having 'a ring around his neck'.
Hernandez's former fiancée Shayanna Jenkins, who is the mother of his 11-year-old daughter Avielle, has since slammed the Netflix roast and told TMZ: 'It's sad that I'm trying to raise my children in such a cruel world.'
After his 2017 death, doctors found that 27-year-old Hernandez had advanced chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE), a degenerative brain disease linked to concussions and other head trauma commonplace in the NFL.
