Kendrick Perkins has slammed TNT's broadcast for its excessive focus on one of their analysts - former NBA star Reggie Miller - during Game 2 of the second-round playoff series between the New York Knicks and the Indiana Pacers.
During Wednesday's matchup, Perkins - a basketball analyst for ESPN - expressed his frustration at TNT's commentary crew for rambling on about Miller's history with the Knicks, instead of trying to figure out Jalen Brunson's injury after New York's starting point guard momentary left the game in the first quarter, much to the worry of home fans.
He emphasized on X: 'Are we going to make this entire game about Reggie Miller? Or can I know if Big Body Brunson is going to return or not.
'Jesus Christ.'
TNT added Miller to its broadcast team for the midweek playoff game at Madison Square Garden, as the former Pacers guard's rivalry with the Knicks from his playing days in the '80s and '90s is well-documented to NBA fans.

TNT added Miller to its sideline booth for Game 2 at MSG. Brunson ended up scoring 29 points
Miller was part of the network's sideline booth along with Brian Anderson and Stan Van Gundy.
Perkins wasn't the only notable basketball analyst to be annoyed with TNT's lack of fair coverage, as Fox Sports' Nick Wright agreed with the former center's sentiment.
'Maybe a little less Reggie/highlights from decades ago and a little more details on where/how/when Brunson could have hurt his foot??' Wright posted.
'How is this not the entire broadcast right now???'
Brunson eventually returned to the court in the second half of Wednesday's game, propelling his team to a 130-121 win to lead the series, 2-0.
He had 29 points, 5 assists and 2 rebounds. In the first half, Brunson only managed to put up 5 points.
Josh Hart - one of Brunson's sidekicks on the Knicks - made sure that Miller knew that he was in hostile territory while the latter was in the booth, Wednesday night, as he repeated fans' X-rated chant for the legendary Pacers' No. 31.
Game 3 is scheduled to take place in Indianapolis on Friday.
