Mica Miller accused her pastor husband of posting nude images of her online just two weeks before she shot herself in the head, DailyMail.com can reveal.
The 30-year-old contacted Myrtle Beach Police Department on April 8 after spotting an indecent image of herself on Facebook, which she claimed was shared online by her estranged husband John-Paul Miller, 44.
Miller, an outspoken pastor at the South Carolina town's Solid Rock Church, allegedly posted the image to a group called 'big boobs and nice curves', and even tagged an old account for Mica – which she had no access to.
A police report obtained by DailyMail.com shows that Mica told authorities that she had sent the image to her husband six months prior.
She was found dead with a self-inflicted gunshot wound at Lumber River State Park over the state border in North Carolina, days after serving Miller with divorce papers.
Pastor John-Paul Miller was seen leaving his lawyer's office on Wednesday after being released from his duties at Solid Rock at Market Common Church in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina
A police report obtained by DailyMail.com has since revealed that Mica Miller had accused her husband of sharing a nude photo of herself on a Facebook group, weeks before her death
Mica – who was found dead of a self-inflicted gunshot wound on April 27 – previously shared a video speaking about abuse within marriage to pastor John-Paul Miller, 44, as claims emerge she was being harassed
The document states: 'Complainant advised her soon-to-be ex-husband posted a nude photo of her and tagged her old Facebook account that he has access to.
'The complainant further advised that he is the only person she has ever sent that type of photo to. Although the complainants' breasts are exposed the nipple is blurred out, not meeting the SC Code of Law for nudity.'
Officers also advised Mica that the photo was posted anonymously, and there was 'no way to prove he was the one who actually posted the photo'.
Shockingly, authorities even told the distressed woman that 'once a photo is sent the person who the photo was sent to is now the owner of the photo.'
It is one of several police reports that Mica and her husband have logged in their names, with the pair contacting authorities' on multiple occasions before her death on April 27.
A month prior, Miller complained that Mica and her family were 'harassing him' on social media – moaning that a post his wife had made regarding 'abuse' would harm his reputation.
Officers dismissed his claims, advising him to contact them again if he was being harassed, as he had 'no texts or proof' of the allegations.
Speaking in a video on Facebook on March 22 Mica said: 'You don't have to stay in an abusive relationship.
Miller was seen breaking cover on Wednesday morning, in the wake of his wife's suicide – which came just 48 hours after he was served with divorce papers
Miller, who has a criminal record including multiple counts of aggravated assault and battery to which he pleaded guilty, told his congregation that her death was 'self-induced'
Police reports show that she had previously accused her husband of grooming and fraudulently having her committed to hospital so he could steal her car
John-Paul Miller shocked his congregation when he announced her death as a suicide at the end of a service at Solid Rock at Market Common Church in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina
'Whether that's sexual, whether that's somebody forcing you to take illegal drugs or alcohol abuse, or physical abuse, psychological abuse, making you think that this is all your fault or that you're a bad mom or a bad husband or you're not giving it your all when you know you are.
'God hates divorce, but why? According to everybody that I've asked and the scriptures I've seen it's because it hurts people. But does abuse hurt people. How do you think God feels about that?'
He also claimed that Mica had transferred funds from a church account – that had been raised for a mission trip in Kenya – to her own account on February 14.
The report confirmed an investigation was underway.
Later on March 14 and March 26 Mica reported that she had found a tracking device on her car, after discovering it attached by magnets under the chassis.
She made several other bombshell allegations against her husband, claiming that he 'groomed' her from the age of 10.
Another police report over the alleged theft of her silver Honda Accord shows the breakdown of their marriage dating back to February 2023.
'When the complainant was discharged from the hospital, hospital staff informed her that her husband picked up her purse and her keys,' the report states.
'The complainant believed that her husband fraudulently initiated her involuntary hospitalization and "stole" her care while she was in the hospital.'
Mica met with the cops at Coastal Grand Mall and told them she and her husband had been separated since January of that year.
'The complainant stated that she has known her husband since she was ten-years-old and that he 'groomed' her while she worked for him at Solid Rock Church until they were married,' the report adds.
Weeks prior, she shared a video speaking about abuse within marriage and her family claimed her husband had harassed her and she was 'afraid for her life'
In an emotional Facebook video shared on March 22 (pictured) Mica offered her support to victims of abuse, reminding them that they 'don't have to stay'
She urged her friends and followers to share her message with anyone struggling to reconcile their faith with their abusive relationships
When investigators contacted her husband, he told them that his wife had been suffering from a 'reckless episode' due to poor mental health.
He said the incidents were annual crises which would flare up around Christmas and result in Miller spending excessively.
The former pastor told the officer he had seized the vehicle to prevent it being sold and would not give it back for a month to allow the episode to pass.
As both parties stated they were legally married, the investigator had to consider the car as marital property and therefore 'could not establish a criminal offense'.
Mica's death came just 48 hours after her husband, from whom she had been separated for one month, was served with divorce papers.
Miller announced his wife's passing at the end of a Sunday service on April 28, during which he described her death as 'self-induced', leaving his congregation stunned.
In the days after her death, Miller's friends and family held a rally calling for 'justice for Mica' outside the church where her husband previously worked.

Court records hint at the tumult within the marriage with Mica first filing for divorce back in October 2023 before withdrawing the filing February 12.
Later that same month Miller filed against his wife for Separate Support and Maintenance in a motion withdrawn March 11.
But on April 15, just 12 days before she was found dead, Mica filed once more and, according to friends, also sought a no contact order against her husband.
It has since emerged that her estranged husband was pursuing at least one other woman whilst still legally married.
A waitress named Christiana revealed that he had exchanged flirty messages with her and even appeared to make light of his wife's suicide.
Police released images and audio of Miller in the lead up to her death amid conjecture about the circumstances.
The speculation was partly fueled by a bizarre video of Miller's husband casually informing his congregants of her suicide at the end of a service.
However, evidence released by Robeson County, North Carolina, Sheriff's Office as part of their investigation conclusively shows Miller plotting to end her life.
