If you recognized the OnlyFans model who flashed her breasts at the New York-Dublin portal earlier this week, it's probably because she has achieved viral fame more than once before.
Ava, who has more than 400,000 followers on Instagram, caused quite the international stir after displaying her assets at the public attraction which caused it to temporarily shut down.
The 25-year-old previously explained how she merely wanted to show the Irish people her 'home-grown potatoes' but claims she has since received 'thousands of death threats.'
However, the wannabe-influencer, who describes herself as 'New Jersey trash,' has angered the public before.
Ava Louise, who has more than 400,000 followers on Instagram, caused quite the international stir after displaying her assets at the public attraction which caused it to temporarily shut down
She was previously forced to defend herself after licking a toilet seat during the coronavirus pandemic - declaring she was 'really annoyed' that the deadly virus was getting more publicity than her.
The social media sensation also appeared on Dr Phil to reveal that she would 'rather die hot than live ugly.'
Here, FEMAIL has taken a look at Ava's turbulent time in the spotlight.
Ava Louise, 25, is an OnlyFans creator from New Jersey.
The Instagram-famous- wannabe has been making headlines since 2019 when she first appeared on the Dr. Phil show.
It was during this appearance that she proclaimed that she would rather 'die hot than live ugly.'
In her now infamous 2019 interview with Dr Phil, Ava said she yearned to be 'insta-famous' and a 'skinny legend.'
'A skinny legend is someone who is hot and skinny,' she explained on the show at the time.
'Like when you're skinny and pretty you get so much more in life. Like I have been ugly and I have been hot and I choose hot every single time.'

Ava also said she would eat diet pills 'like tic-tacs' and didn't care about the consequences because she would prefer to die young and beautiful than grow old.
'I mean, I'd rather die hot than live ugly, so if this is going to take 10 years off my life I don't care,' she said at the time on the show.
'I don't want to be old anyway. Old people are ugly.'
Ava had already shared her goals in life, which was to be 'famous for being famous,' and managed to achieve that during the coronavirus pandemic - but for dubious reasons.
After telling Dr Phil she didn't care whether the attention she receives is for good or bad, Ava was slammed for participating in the 'coronavirus challenge' in which she enthusiastically licked a toilet seat.
Ava initially said the seat-licking stunt was part of a TikTok challenge but then admitted that the challenge wasn't real.
Ava became a worldwide viral sensation when she posted a video of herself licking a toilet seat on an airplane in the beginnings of the Covid-19 pandemic
As a result of that viral fame, the polarizing figure made a return to the Dr Phil show via Zoom.
The host himself slammed Ava's stunt, calling her 'spoiled and entitled,' warning her she could cost someone their life.
'If you infect one person that loses their life, is it worth it for you to have this attention?' the talk show host asked.
'Yeah,' she answered.
The portal was launched on May 8, situated on the New York side along 5th Avenue in Manhattan and on the Dublin on a side street close to one of the city's largest streets, O'Connell Street.
The webcam allows citizens to see but not hear each other. It was set up by Portals.Org and was the brainchild of artist Benediktas Gylys who said he was inspired to create it after going through a 'mystical experience.'
Ava took the opportunity to flash her breasts at the portal, saying she wanted to show the Irish her 'home-grown potatoes.'
'The people all around the portal at the time had a great reaction and were very encouraging - full of laughter!' she explained.
'Now, people aren't too happy. I'm receiving thousands of death threats.
'I just wanted my boobs to be international! Honestly, boobs are harmless.'
The model and TikTok star continued: 'Being topless in NYC is legal and the shutdown wasn't entirely my responsibility.
'I'm sure the world has noted there were more heinous things displayed by other people in the portal.'
