Ain't Normal Café, described as the Bay Area's coffee superstore, has a wide range of unique international roasts - and are flogging their hot and cold drinks for eye-watering prices.
While the standard menu features average Oakland coffee prices - $4.50 for a latte, $5 for a pour over, $5.50 for a mocha - there are some specialty items on offer come at a steeper cost.
Listed as 'Strawberry Colombia' on the menu, one of the rare beans on offer came with a staggering price tag of $20. It has reportedly been a hit among avid coffee drinkers who have given it flamboyant reviews.

The beans are incredibly rare in the Bay Area and apparently flaunt sophisticated notes of fruits - like grapes, peaches and melons.
According to a customer, the one-of-a-kind cup of joe was served in a bright yellow mug - and appeared to be a simple black coffee at first.
When the coffee-expert customer took a sip, they 'fell into a barrel of strawberries,' according to the San Francisco Chronicle. 'It was complex, with notes of yogurt and an acidity so bright it lit up my brain.'
This elevated coffee experience is created by co-fermentation - a process in which the coffee cherries are fermented with things such as fruit, spices, yeasts and a world of other intriguing flavors.
Co-fermentation is a long and tedious process involving expensive equipment and dedicated coffee scientists - which has made it subject to controversy.
The drawn-out technique leaves room for error, meaning that coffee beans carefully farmed in countries such as Colombia and Ethiopia and imported to America could be wasted by a bad batch of co-fermented roasts.

Klatch, meanwhile, explains on its website that it has floral and fruit flavors. 'Geisha is a rare variety of Arabica coffee that came to Panama from a research lab in Costa Rica but has its origins in Ethiopia,' the site reads.
'It is known for its floral, tea like and stone fruit flavors with Jasmine, Bergamot, Sugar Cane and Stone Fruit (peach or apricot) being common flavor notes.
'Natural describes the processing where the cherry is dried fruit on for many weeks, imparting mixed fruit notes like strawberry, raspberry, or blueberry.
Previously, Klatch had sold the Esmeralda Geisha, which it bought for $601 per pound. The 250 eight-ounce cups available went for $55 each.
