Gypsy Rose Blanchard has revealed how she made her own makeup while she was locked up - but it wasn't exactly perfect formula, as she admitted it left her 'eyeballs burning.'
In December, Blanchard, now 32, was released from Chillicothe Correctional Center in Missouri after serving eight and a half years.
The Munchausen-by-proxy victim made headlines nearly a decade ago after she plead guilty to the second-degree murder of her mom Dee Dee Blanchard, who was killed by Blanchard's boyfriend at the time, Nicholas Godejohn.
She was sentenced to 10 years behind bars but, since her release, Blanchard has been making regular public appearances and trying to spread awareness about her story - becoming a rising star on social media in the process.

The Munchausen-by-proxy victim took to TikTok this week to share a 'get ready with me' video while she spoke about her makeup and hair journeys
On Wednesday, the 32-year-old took to TikTok to post a two-part 'get ready with me video,' in which she shared how she's changed her makeup looks since she had to improvise in jail.
She explained that her history with makeup was 'not a very long one,' because before she went to prison, she was not allowed to wear it.
'When I was in county jail, I knew that I had court appearances coming up, so I wanted to look presentable,' Blanchard explained in the clip, which was filmed in her bathroom.
'And so I had to actually make my own makeup,' she continued.
Blanchard recalled using toothpaste and mixing it with ink from a pen to make mascara, which she would then apply with a toothbrush.
'Now, as you can imagine, oh my God, the minty-freshness that was on my eyeballs was burning my eyes,' she laughed.
'But I wanted to look decent and presentable, so I just did it.'
For an eyeshadow, Blanchard said that she used coffee grounds to get some color on her lids.

Blanchard also said that she did her own makeup for TV appearances, like when she was on Dr. Phil in 2017
In the second part of her TikTok video, Blanchard also showed viewers how she styled her hair during her time in prison
'When I actually got sentenced and went to prison itself, you could buy foundation on commissary and you could buy mascara,' she explained.
Blanchard said that she was able to buy those two makeup products, but revealed that having eyeshadow was like 'gold' while in prison.
She explained that 20 years ago, they sold eyeshadow in the prisons, but stopped, detailing that some women she was with still had their palettes from all those years before.
'That is actually very unsanitary but you've got to do what you've got to do,' she dished.
'I did that for eight and a half years, I had my own eyeshadow palettes that I bought off of another girl,' adding that although it was unsanitary, she bought it on a 'good deal' for $50.
Blanchard admitted that the buy was 'worth it' because she had eight and a half years to serve and wanted to 'look pretty' - and it may have paid off.
When she had a jailhouse interview with Dr. Phil in 2017, she did all of her makeup herself.
'All my interviews that I've done in prison, I've always done my makeup and my hair myself,' Blanchard revealed in the TikTok clip, but called her look for Dr. Phil her best work.
But makeup wasn't the only thing she experimented with while in prison - Blanchard also detailed that she played with different hairstyles after it began to grow out from the short buzz cut she entered with.
Blanchard is now back with her ex-fiancé, Ken Urker, above, who she was briefly engaged to while in prison
Blanchard said that she worked with makeup artist Alexis Oakley, who gave her some beauty tips and tricks to have under her belt
Oakley, who also works with stars like Alix Earle and Trisha Paytas, even went with Blanchard to Sephora
At the end of the clip, Blanchard also shared that she's not planning to get any more plastic surgery following her March nose job
She said that she was able to get her hair colored by the cosmetology vocational school that was at Chillicothe.
Blanchard showed a few different pictures of her various hairstyles throughout her time in prison - including when she dyed her hair black, got bangs, and got a bob - which she cut with nail clippers.
She even showed off what she looked like when she went through her 'tomboy phase,' which featured her hair swooped to the side - even admitting that she sent it to her boyfriend, Ken Urker, at the time.
Fast forward to 2024, Rose has more makeup skills under her belt, and even worked with makeup artist Alexis Oakley to learn more techniques, which she said has really helped her on her beauty journey.
At the end of the clip, Blanchard also shared that she's not planning to get any more plastic surgery following her April nose job.
'I would not change anything about myself,' she said.
The TikTok star is currently enjoying her life with boyfriend Ken Urker while in the midst of divorce from ex Ryan Anderson.
Blanchard and Urker were briefly engaged while she was in prison, but it fizzled out at the time.
