A man who bought a £325 abandoned storage unit soon discovered he'd hit the jackpot - after stumbling across £56,000 worth of designer clothes contained inside.
Wade Venture, 37, from Portland, Oregon, snagged the unit for a mere £325 while at an auction on March 27, with little idea of what it contained, even after viewing a few snaps of its entrance.
However, when he finally opened it, he discovered a treasure trove - as it was filled to the brim with £56,000 worth of swanky designer gear.
Among the piles of high-end goods were 400 pairs of footwear - including brands such as Gucci and Coach.
Along with that, the content creator found £6,380 worth of fur coats and other brand-spanking-new items with their price tags still attached.

Wade, who shares his finds online on @wadesventures, estimated the haul was worth around a whopping £56,000 in total.
He had snapped up between 400 to 500 units in the past, and with much of the contents going to charity, he's not easily surprised by what he stumbles across inside.
Yet, even with his seasoned eye, Wade had found himself caught completely off guard by his recent haul.
He said: 'People think I've been doing this so long I've seen everything, but I've never found a unit like this before.
'Normally I find things 30% new and 70% used but this was all brand new. It was such an awesome experience, I was so shocked. Units like this are really rare and special.'
Since his glittering discovery, Wade has started re-selling items - with one coat purchased second-hand for around £1,188.
He remarked: 'It's rare to find a unit like that in particular, often you find household stuff or trash.
'It's more than likely she had a shopping problem -people speculated maybe she was keeping it from her husband!'
Wade believes the previous owner might of had a shopping addiction and maybe was hiding the designer items from her husband

'She wasn't just buying run-of-the-mill stuff, she was shopping at Macy's and JCPenney.'
Because of the storage units being abandoned, it's rare to know anything about its previous owner.
Wade added: 'There were expensive Gucci shoes and purchases - it could be she didn't have the money.
'Or she could have passed away. Another common one is they move to a different state.'
It comes after Tennessee-based content creator Halle revealed the storage unit that held all of her personal belongings unexpectedly closed down while she was on vacation in Europe last year - and discovered all of her items had been displaced.
