UFC star and current bantamweight champion Sean O'Malley revealed armed police stormed his home after a false 'swatting' report that he had murdered both of his parents and was an active shooter.

O'Malley was live streaming himself playing a video game when the cops entered his street and immediately got his attention.

O'Malley said he went outside where he was forced to put his hands behind his head. Because he was not armed the cops allowed him to walk on his own to the back of a squad car in handcuffs while they investigated the situation.

Swatting is when someone falsely calls in a crime to the police alleging another person has committed a violent act.

Making such false reports is a crime by itself.

O'Malley added the police have not been able to identify who placed the swatting call on his home.

He did add as soon as he left his home, cops had AR-15s and other guns pointed at him from several angles.

O'Malley's dog, Kush was the only other person at his home at the time of the incident.

The first round of cops to show up at O'Malley's home did not know who he was, but supplemental police did recognize him from the UFC, where O'Malley said things got 'less serious'.

In total, O'Malley estimated he spent between 35 and 40 minutes in handcuffs.

O'Malley said he meditated to not be stressed about the situation and 'rewarded' himself with pizza after going through the ordeal.

The police also broken part of O'Malley's home security system during the incident. The cops reasoning was to not let a possible active shooter know their location.

O'Malley is ranked as the No 6 male pound-for-pound fighter in the UFC.

'Suga' holds a professional record of 18-1, with one no-contest, and has held the UFC Bantamweight Championship since last August.

O'Malley's most-recent fight as a unanimous-decision win over Marlon Vera in March at UFC 299 to retain his championship.

O'Malley is expected to fight No 1 contender Merab Dvalishvili in his next fight.
