A woman who claims that Sean 'Diddy' Combs shot her in an infamous 1999 New York City nightclub shooting said the rapper has countless other victims who are too afraid to come forward.

Natania Reuben, who was hit in the nose and suffered seizures because of bullet fragments still lodged in her face that fateful night, spoke out after shocking video of Diddy beating up his former girlfriend Cassie Ventura surfaced.

Although the 54-year-old rapper and Cassie settled a lawsuit last year, Diddy is facing mounting legal trouble including a sex trafficking investigation.

In an interview with NewsNation's senior national correspondent Brian Entin, Reuben insisted Diddy shot her saying she is 'one hundred percent [certain] with every fiber of my being.'

'I pray justice for everybody who was affected by him. And there are countless names and faces,' Reuben said, suggesting the star has victimized others too.

'I don't mind being the voice that speaks for them all. I think it's important to pay attention to how this thing is unfolding.'

The footage of the March 2016 incident comes just two months after Combs' homes in Miami and Los Angeles were raided by Homeland Security as part of a sex trafficking investigation.

He is also fighting lawsuits from other accusers who allege sexual misconduct and abuse.

Reuben said there are countless other victims who are too afraid to come forward because they fear retaliation from the rapper.

'I feel like his actions, what he did to me shooting me in the face. I had a very promising career. I'm a vocalist, everyone that knows me knows that I've been talented my entire life and was actively pursuing that and there's no way you can continue to pursue that with his tentacles stretching through the music industry.' Reuben said.

'No one was ever going to let me climb the ranks and after what had been done to me and how those people reacted, I didn't want to be amongst them. I didn't want to be in the company of people who would endorse this kind of behavior.'

'They cursed me out from across the street and called me everything but a child of God. You're trying to take down hip hop, you're trying to take down a good black man, you're trying to destroy the culture,' said Reuben.

'How? I was a victim. I got shot in my face. How am I trying to take down hip hop? I'm a student of hip hop. I bought the first rap record in 1979 in August with my allowance. I knew every word. Why am I the person trying to and not that people recklessly wielding guns and committing violent acts against people? It didn't make sense.'

The shocking surveillance footage of Diddy violently attacking his ex-girlfriend Cassie in a Los Angeles hotel in 2016 emerged last week.

The video, obtained by CNN, shows the rapper shirtless with a towel wrapped around his waist, chasing Cassie down the hall at the InterContinental Hotel in Century City

The video, obtained by CNN, shows the rapper shirtless with a towel wrapped around his waist, chasing Cassie down the hall at the InterContinental Hotel in Century City.

As she tried to get into an elevator, he grabbed her by the back of the head and slammed her to the ground.

He then kicked her as she lay on the floor motionless, before grabbing the two designer bags she'd tried to escape with.

Diddy stood over her, kicked her again, and then dragged her back to their room by the hoodie.

Cassie claimed in a since-settled lawsuit that Diddy had paid the same hotel $50,000 for the footage after the attack.

Combs took to Instagram to apologize, saying: 'I hit rock bottom, but I make no excuses.'

Looking into the camera, Diddy said: 'So difficult to reflect on the darkest times in your life, sometimes you got to do that. I was f***ed up.

'I mean I hit rock bottom, but I make no excuses, my behavior in that video is inexcusable. I take full responsibility for my actions in that video, I'm disgusted.

'I was disgusted then when I did it, I am disgusted now. I went and I sought out professional help, I got into going to therapy, going to rehab.

'Had to ask God for his mercy and grace. I'm so sorry. But I am committed to be a better man each and every day. I'm not asking for forgiveness, I'm truly sorry.'

Sources said Diddy went to rehab following the 2016 incident and continues to seek both therapy and spiritual work.

Reuben said Diddy's apology is shallow and meaningless because he only issued it once he got caught.

'So it has zero value to me. First and foremost, it is the classic scripted publicist's apology,' she said.

'I take accountability. I was disgusted. I went to rehab. I mean, how many times have we heard this narrative narrative through the annals of time whenever a celebrity gets caught doing something or someone notable gets caught? It's the same narrative.'

'Secondly, it carries no weight to me because he never apologized to Cassie directly. It was all about him. If I, you know, hit a hard time I was all about him. I'm disgusted…it was all about him,' Reuben said.

In a statement to DailyMail.com, Cassie's attorney Douglas Wigdor said: 'The gut-wrenching video has only further confirmed the disturbing and predatory behavior of Mr. Combs.

'Words cannot express the courage and fortitude that Ms. Ventura has shown in coming forward to bring this to light.'

Cassie sued Combs last year alleging rape and a range of other offenses.

They settled out of court in November for an undisclosed amount.

In a statement at the time, Cassie said: 'I have decided to resolve this matter amicably on terms that I have some level of control,' Cassie said in a statement.

'I want to thank my family, fans and lawyers for their unwavering support.'
