Tyreek Hill claims he didn't touch the plus-size influencer who claims he broke her leg with a brutal tackle during a backyard football lesson, DailyMail.com can exclusively reveal.
Sophie Hall, 35, is suing the NFL star for allegedly charging at her with such 'crushing force' that he fractured her right leg and left her needing reconstructive surgery.
But in new court filings, Hill's lawyers insist the OnlyFans model tripped over a dog after behaving in a 'careless and negligent manner' during playful practice drills at his Southwest Ranches, Florida home last June.
They also claim that Hall's injuries were 'pre-existing' and want a Broward County judge to toss the suit because she fails to make a viable legal case for punitive damages.
'Plaintiff consented to participating in a sports activity that involved contact and thus there was a good faith basis to believe that the plaintiff was aware of contact would be involved, despite in this case, plaintiff was not touched by [Hill] as she tripped over a dog,' the filing argues.
Tyreek Hill has hit back at Sophie Hall's lawsuit over her broken leg and claims the OnlyFans model's injuries were 'pre-existing,' according to new filings obtained by DailyMail.com
The 35-year-old influencer filed a lawsuit against the Miami Dolphins wide receiver last year claiming he left her with a broken leg after he charged at her during a playful football lesson at his Florida mansion
'Plaintiffs alleged injuries or damages were pre-existing including her pre-existing knee issues.'
Hall claimed in her February complaint that Hill, 30, felt 'humiliated' when she managed to 'hold her own' and even knock him backwards during their June 2023 scrimmage.
The dolphins wide receiver retaliated by charging at her 'violently and with great force, resulting in significant and serious injuries,' she alleges, claiming damages in excess of $50,000 for negligence, battery and assault.
In the wake of the dust-up, Hall posted her X-rays and clips of herself using crutches and a wheelchair to social media, where she has two million followers.
Hill's lawyers have demanded to see notes and reports from every doctor or hospital that tended to Hall's injuries and any documents that suggest the five-time All-Pro was actually to blame.
Their new filing adds: 'Plaintiff consented to physical contact during a sports activity and the associated actions as such there was no 'willful or malicious activity.'
'Plaintiff wanted to participate in a football activity and she tripped over a dog which caused her injury.'
Hill had an incredible 2023 season, finishing with an NFL-leading 1,799 receiving yards and 13 touchdowns before Miami lost to the Chiefs, his former team, in the AFC Wild Card Game.
Off the field things were just as frenetic, as he suffered a major house fire, was caught on CCTV allegedly slapping a marina worker and became embroiled in multiple lawsuits with Hall and others.
Hall's complaint says Hill started sending her 'flirtatious' Instagram messages a day after she enrolled her ten-year-old son in the Tyreek Hill Football Camp in May last year.
The actress and plus-size model is suing the scandal-plagued athlete for battery, assault and negligence, as well as damages in excess of $50,000
According to the lawsuit, Sophie Hall's leg was left 'severely fractured' after Hill allegedly charged at her. She included a picture of her X-ray in her court filing
The British-born mom had never played football before but claimed Hill suggested she join him for practice drills so she could learn more about the offensive lineman position her son plays, according to the complaint
Hill flew her to Florida on June 28 and invited her to 'hang' at his mansion, which boasts a spa, putting green, NBA regulation basketball court and a turf football field.
British-born Hall had never played football before but Hill suggested she join him for practice drills so she could learn more about the offensive lineman position her son plays.
She claims she 'caused Hill to be pushed backwards, garnering laughter from the witnesses present at the time, including the Defendant's mother, sister, friend and trainer.
'Apparently embarrassed by his loss of stability as a result of contact by a woman during the 'football play', Mr Hill's attitude changed and he became angry.'
Hill instructed Hall to play offense, hiking the football to an imaginary quarterback, while Hill became a defensive pass rusher, the suit adds.
'Defendant Hill charged into her violently and with great force, resulting in significant and serious injuries,' the suit adds.
'The crushing force was so great that she sustained a right leg fracture, necessitating surgery with metal hardware implantation.'
Hall – who is three inches taller than Hill – says the gridiron star 'downplayed' her injury, offering her ice and a bed to lay in.
But after being 'in pain and agony' for days she was diagnosed with a right leg fracture which required surgery, weekly physio sessions and still causes her persistent pain and weakness.
Responding to the suit, Hill's attorney Julius Collins said Hall's injuries were already being addressed by a pending insurance claim and that his client had done nothing wrong.
'The notion that Mr Hill became upset because Ms Hall 'held her own' in playful football drills is absurd,' he said.
Hill's stellar football career has been dogged by controversies dating back to 2015 when he was kicked off the team at Oklahoma State for choking his then fiancé Crystal Espinal while she was pregnant with their first son, Zev Carter.

The influencer claims Hill flew her to Florida on June 28, 2023 and invited her to 'hang' at his $7million mansion in swish Southwest Ranches, just outside Miami
Despite his controversies off the field, Hill had an incredible 2023 season, finishing with an NFL-leading 1,799 receiving yards and 13 touchdowns before Miami lost to the Chiefs, his former team, in the AFC Wild Card Game
In 2019 he was suspended by Kansas City over alleged child abuse allegations but was reinstated after he pleaded his innocence and a district attorney determined there was insufficient evidence to prove he had broken Zev's arm.
Those red flags didn't stop the Chiefs inking Hill to a three-year, $54million extension before he caught nine passes for 105 yards to spark their winning 31-20 comeback in Superbowl LIV.
Hill joined Miami in 2022 in a blockbuster trade and signed a record-breaking four-year, $120million extension for a wide receiver.
Off the field, however, he got into another scrap when he was caught on CCTV in June 2023 allegedly slapping a Miami marina employee who declined to press charges.
A former flame, Brittany Lackner, came forward in January 2023, claiming Hill was the father of her little boy, Soul Corazon Hill.
She blasted him for allegedly offering her just $2,500-a-month which she said was 'woefully inadequate' for someone on a $30million annual salary but the pair have since settled.
A second alleged baby mama, Kimberly Baker, came forward last May, claiming a paternity test would prove he had fathered her newborn daughter, Trae Love Hill.
Hill married his on-again, off-again fiancée Keeta Vaccaro, 28, in November only to file for divorce two months later.
He immediately declared it was an error and said he had fired members of his legal team for submitting the paperwork without authorization.
Vaccaro revealed last week that she's pregnant with what would be Hill's seventh child, though he's rumored to have more.
On January 3, a blaze tore through Hill's seven-bed home, causing an estimated $2.3million worth of damage. Authorities said it was sparked by a child playing with a lighter.
