Former Donald Trump lawyers Rudy Giuliani, Christina Bobb and multiple codefendants were arraigned in Arizona Tuesday after being charged with forgery and fraud as part of a 'fake electors' scheme in the state.
An Arizona judge threatened to mute Giuliani during his online hearing, after the former New York mayor repeatedly attacked the prosecution while arguing against a $10,000 cash bond prosecutors were seeking.
'Mr. Giuliani, I don't want to mute you, but I need to move on,' the judge scolded him.
The judge gave Giuliani 30 days to turn himself in to be arrested, and is allowing the cash-strapped defendant who has filed for bankruptcy to provide a secured bond for that amount.
Her admonition came as Giuliani attacked the indictment against him and stressed financial hardships, while noting that he has showed up for repeat court appearances.
'I've been sued about 20 to 25 times by a very similar movement to this one, which is the, let's see what we can do to destroy Donald Trump,' Giuliani complained in his online appearance.
'I do consider this indictment a complete embarrassment to the American legal system, but I've shown no tendency not to comply.'

'Okay ... sir,' the judge said, as Giuliani kept talking. 'I understand your position ... thank you, sir,' she tried to interject while the former Donald Trump lawyer kept going. Giuliani attacked the case as 'completely political.'
State AG prosecutor Nicholas Klingerman accused Giuliani of mocking the judicial system, and prosecutors noted they only tracked him down after posting a pair of agents outside an 80th birthday event for him in Florida.
'I've been on the radio, on television, and the radio every day since this indictment started announcing where I am, so I haven't been hiding from anyone,' Giuliani countered, claiming he has showed up for 20-30 appearances. He called the indictment an 'embarrassment.'
He blamed difficulty serving his New York apartment on security. 'I have a fair number of threats, including death threats,' he said, and said he no longer has a security detail while going through bankruptcy.
'I don't have security any longer since I've been in bankruptcy,' he said, calling any cash bond 'totally punitive.'
The judge allowed Giuliani to say his piece in the video link, but eventually threatened to cut his mic if he persisted.
At the end of his hearing, while doing through logistics with the judge, Giuliani appeared unaware that he had to come up with the secured $10,000. He was asking who he should contact in order to come and be arrested and processed.
'You set a bond of $10,000?' Giuliani asked the judge.
Earlier, Giuliani didn't appear to be immediately ready when the judge first called his name.
An open zoom mic picked up sounds that ABC News hypothesized could be water noises.
Prosecutors called Giuliani's statement that he 'accepted service like a gentleman' a statement that was not true.
Bobb, who recently joined the Republican National Committee as a senior counsel for 'election integrity', glowered as she had her mugshot was taken.

Giuliani made headlines Friday night after he was served with his papers after boasting authorities had just hours left to contact him.
He also came up in Trump's Stormy Daniels trial, as lawyer Bob Costello (who is suing Giuliani for allegedly unpaid legal fees) testified about emails that he was a 'back channel' to Trump through Giuliani.
Bobb is a former on-air host for the conservative One America News Network. She signed a document attesting to a diligent search of documents at Mar-a-Lago 'to the best of my knowledge,' which came before Trump was charged in the classified documents case in Florida.
