Roseville police responded to the shop after employees said they saw the young woman take a cart full of the precious water bottles.
The unnamed suspect ignored the employees as they asked her to stop as she went on to stuff the load of tumblers into her red car before cops located and arrested her for grand theft, cops said.
Once the store workers realized the suspect wasn't going to stop for them, they called the police who eventually found the fleeing woman.
A police officer spotted her just before she entered Highway 65 and pulled her over. After searching her sedan, officers discovered a variety of Stanley cups and multiple packs of straws.

She managed to take dozens of the famous Quencher tumblers, IceFlow Flip Straw tumblers, food thermoses and even kids' bottles, authorities said.
Pictures posted by the police department showed a trunk full of the cups in all different colors and patterns, along with a group of them piled high on top of a patrol car.
More cups were found on the ground of her front passenger's side seat as a singular bright red Stanley cup sat in her car cup holder.
Once the preserve of parents and commuters, Stanley cups have become a must-have staple among school children and grown adults since last year.
