Bella Hadid has been accused of treating non-famous people like 'second class citizens' after a Russian influencer claimed the supermodel's security team ripped her couture dress.

Polina Nioly Pushkareva, a model, social media coach and actress from Vladimir, posted a clip on Instagram which she claims was taken moments after Bella's security guard damaged her sheer black gown at Cannes Film Festival

In the clip, the 27-year-old is standing to the side of the shot and can be seen looking forlorn when the camera pans across to her, while Bella, also 27, poses in a sheer nude dress which features a plunging neckline.

The clip reads: 'It is your most important day and you wear your first ever couture dress in Cannes Red Carpet. You stand in your hotel in line for the car for the carpet. And Bella Hadid's bodyguards scream at everyone: "MOVE", push to the sides and step on your dress so it rips off.'

After watching the clip, viewers accused Bella's team of treating non-A listers as -second class citizens' and suggested the bodyguards were being 'disrespectful'.

A Russian influencer who was getting ready for a night on the red carpet at Cannes Film Festival has claimed Bella Hadid's security team pushed her out of the way and ripped her dress so the supermodel could have her photo op

Explaining her anger further on Instagram, Polina said that she thinks Bella Hadid is 'incredible' and that the supermodel herself came across as 'nice' and 'friendly' - but that her security team had made her feel disrespected.

FEMAIL has reached out to Bella's representatives for comment.

Polina wrote: 'Bella is incredible, she has a really good vibe, but this idea of celebrities being more important than others is insane.

'Other people ALSO spend money on their outfits, have a team of 20 people, spend money to get ready.

'They also stress out, but celebrities still think it’s more important for them to walk on the Red Carpet.'

Polina claimed that, whenever she shoots photo or video content in public, she will apologise to people around her for causing disruption.

She wrote: 'You can see me awkwardly smiling cause I know that hundreds of cameras see this situation, I did tell her bodyguard that he damaged my dress and he was like, "but you understand the situation".'

Polina has not posted a photo or video clip of the ripped dress. Nonetheless, people responded with anger at the influencer's version of events.

One person wrote: 'Cancel celebrity culture' underneath Polina's post.

Another slammed the bodyguards as 'disrespectful' and said to Polina: 'I hope you still enjoyed your time there love.'

One viewer tagged the supermodel in the clip and said to her: 'We love you but please have your bodyguard apologise, at least a simple "I'm sorry" instead of "you do see the situation" and offer to fix the dress.'

Many other people agreed that, if the dress really was broken, Bella's team should reach out and offer to repair it.

'So sorry this happened to you,' one person said. 'Celebrity or not people need to treat others with respect and unfortunately some security teams miss that memo.'

Later, on her Instagram story, Polina spoke to her followers and said the alleged incident is an example of why people feel 'outrage' towards celebrities in this day and age.

She said: 'We're staying in the same hotel with these celebrities. We're paying the same prices for rooms. We also have cars, we also have a huge team. I'm also paying for my outfit.

'Why the f*** do you believe that you have more rights or some priority rights to use spaces of the hotel where we're both staying?'
