Haunting new footage shows Mica Miller only hours before she was found dead.
Mica, 30, was discovered in Lumber River State Park in Robeson County, North Carolina, on April 27, just days after she had served husband John-Paul Miller, 44, also known as 'JP', with divorce papers.
Newly released videos show Mica pulling up to a gas station and entering the convenience store on the same day she was found dead from a self-inflicted gunshot to the head, according to officials.
Her heartbroken family has insisted that Mica's death was 'staged' to look like a suicide because her behavior leading up to her death didn't reflect that of someone who would want to harm themselves.
'I believe that it was all staged. I believe that the whole thing was premeditated,' Mica's father, Michael Francis told Rich McHugh's NewsNation.
Mica Miller was seen in surveillance footage at a remote gas station just before she was found dead in a lake in Lumber River State Park on April 27
She pulled her car up to a gas pump, walked in the store, bought an energy drink and walked out before filling up her tank and driving away
In the video of her outside of the gas station, Mica is seen pulling her black sedan up to a pump before she steps out of the car, opens up her gas tank and walks inside.
Inside the shop, she is seen walking across the store before she stands near a row of refrigerators, looks around, buys an energy drink and heads back outside.
Mica, dressed in all black, then waits around for her tank to fill up, and at some point she opens the driver side door, grabs her drink and takes a sip, before closing it and watching the nozzle.
Once her tank is full, Mica removes the gas handle from her car and drives away.
The owner of the remote gas station told NewsNation that when he saw Mica that day, he didn't notice anything out of the ordinary.
'Nothing, nothing special. Nothing, you know, like, just regular, regular day, regular thing,' the manager said.
Mica's family and friends do not believe that she took her own life, as her friend, Angela Clark, who was one of the last people to talk to her, revealed their final messages.

The night before she died, Clark shared that Mica had texted her about plans for Sunday service that weekend and asked for help with car payments.
'This is not somebody that's ready to end their life, this is somebody who was making plans for the weekend, you know and getting her car payment made,' Clark said.
'Why do you worry about getting your car payment made? For that matter, why do you pay a lawyer $5,000 and file for divorce and have someone served?'
'There's so many unanswered questions, I can't wrap my brain around it,' she added.
Mica's father and sister also don't understand how she died and don't believe she harmed herself.
Her family filmed a video of the lake where her body was found, as a flower stand has been placed in the water in her memory.
Mica's sister reviewed the video and explained how she is baffled by the fact that authorities said that her body was able to float in 'stagnant water.'
Her sister said: 'The theory of suicide does not add up to me, because you're telling me her body floated all the way down this stagnant water?'
She added that when the family visited the scene, they had to 'walk down a trail' and climb through mud and debris to get to Mica's body in the water.
Michael said that bullet shell casings were found on a bank near her body, while the gun was found in the water, and her body was 40 meters away.
'The water doesn't flow at all. There is no way she would have floated 40 meters away from the edge, it's as if she was placed there,' her father, Michael, said.
A fisherman, Johnnie Jacobs, previously told NewsNation that he found the 30-year-old mother's fanny pack containing her ID, Bible and $500 before hearing crying and a gun go off.
Mica's father, Michael Francis said that he thinks his daughter's death was 'staged' and 'premeditated'
Another surveillance image showed her entering Dick's Pawn Shop where she purchased a firearm
Jacobs recalled: 'Maybe five minutes after getting into the slew, I heard a cry - a faint cry. Heard it for about two or three minutes, then the crying stopped.
He added: 'If it would have been a person out there crying where I could see them, I’d have checked on them all day long.'
Ring doorbell footage showed Mica on her front porch at 11 am on the day of her death.
A little more than an hour later, a surveillance image shows her entering Dick's Pawn Shop where she purchased a firearm.
Her husband has been accused of grooming her for years before they got married and of committing her to a hospital in order to steal her car.
In the days after her death, her friends and family held a rally calling for 'justice for Mica' outside the Solid Rock Church where Pastor Miller works.
The pastor stunned his congregants right after his wife's sudden death as he laughed and appeared entirely at ease, announcing that his wife had died and that her death was 'self-induced.'
He then told worshippers that he would be taking 'a little break' and to leave the church without discussing what he had just told them.
Reverend Charles Randall disputed reports he fired JP as Solid Rock's pastor, insisting he just benched him so he could heal.
'I have released him from ministerial functions for a minute to get some healing, and some counseling and some guidance. You can't go through these things like this and just step right back to same day,' he said during a sermon on Sunday.
Mica's sister, Sierra, has filed a claim against both the church and JP following her sister's death.
Court documents filed in Horry County Family Court accuse Solid Rock Church of 'colluding and conspiring' with the pastor to 'defraud and deprive' his wife.
The FBI has opened an investigation into Mica's suspected suicide after her daily journals emerged.
Weeks before she died, Mica posted an emotional video in which she spoke of abuse within marriage and offered support to 'ANYONE struggling with leaving a dangerous situation because they think God will be 'mad' at them.'
She said: 'Today my heart's a little heavy. I've had lots of women that have reached out to me about situations of abuse, and I just want to tell you what a lot of people have told me lately, because I think I forgot.

'But you are the bride of Christ before anybody else's, male or female, it doesn't matter what gender you are, abuse is abuse.'
Court records hint at the tumult within the marriage with Mica first filing for divorce back in October 2023 before withdrawing the filing February 12.
Later that same month JP filed against his wife for Separate Support and Maintenance in a motion withdrawn March 11. Mica filed again just before her death.
A bizarre seven-minute video of JP recently posted by Ty Longerbeam apparently shows him lying face down on the ground as he moans about medication and complains about being bitten by ants.
In the undated footage JP claims medication 'makes him go crazy' and that he 'thought he was going to see Jesus.'
'I just wanna see Jesus,' JP said. 'I was going to see Jesus.'
When the person behind the camera asked if they should call 911, JP replied: 'I just need to get to Jesus. I just want to get to heaven quickly. I don’t want any ants to stop me. Tell all my kids I love ’em please.'
Longerbeam, from Myrtle Beach, wrote a lengthy message attacking the pastor, who has been accused of abusing and 'brainwashing' Mica.
Just four days after his wife's suspected suicide, JP was seen having dinner with another woman at a restaurant.
In pictures obtained by DailyMail.com, the pastor was seen laughing while on an apparent date with another woman, identified as Suzie Skinner, 49.
Sources who saw him with Skinner on May 1 told DailyMail.com that he was 'laughing and drinking' at a sushi restaurant in Myrtle Beach.

They added: 'I've seen him there a couple of times, with Mica too, she used to really like that restaurant.
'I was surprised to see him there so soon after her death, and with another woman too. It was like he didn't have a care in the world.
'He was kinda sloppy, drinking and laughing with the woman, they did a shot together before they left. He likes to drink martinis.
'It's well known around here that he's just not a nice guy, and I got a picture of him because I couldn't believe he was doing this so soon after her death.'
Pictures and footage obtained by DailyMail.com show JP scrolling on his phone and chatting to his female companion and taking a swig of his drink.
When approached by DailyMail.com Suzie Skinner, 49, denied that she was dating Pastor Miller, adding: 'He asked a couple of different people and I was the only one that could go, it wasn't a date, it wasn't anything'.
Skinner was highlighted on the Solid Rock website before it was removed, with JP conducting the funeral for her husband Chris, 40, who died in 2021.
