The daughter of Gilgo Beach serial killer suspect Rex Heuermann made a rare sighting as she turned up at the family's Massapequa Park home after cops launched a new raid earlier this week.
Victoria Heuermann, 27, was seen getting out of the vehicle of attorney Robert Macedonio, who is representing her mother, Asa Ellerup, and estranged wife of Rex Heuermann, around 1pm on Wednesday afternoon.
Dressed in pink pants and a beige cardigan, with her strawberry blonde hair swept up in a ponytail, Victoria appeared somber as Macedonio escorted her to her car that was parked in front of one of the neighbor's houses down the block.
The street has been blocked off by Suffolk County PD and NYS Trooper since a new search warrant was executed on Monday.
Victoria quickly drove off. It was unclear where she was going.

According to that attorney, Victoria had been in the house on Monday when police arrived to execute the warrant.
'They knocked on the door everything was very peaceful, no resistance, fully cooperative. They asked her to leave so they can execute the search warrant,' he said.
'We had her taken to a location that was safe for her, and we returned to pick up the car today.'
After Victoria drove off, Macedonio stayed behind and spoke to the news crews that have been stationed outside the home since Monday.
Standing outside not too far from the Heuermann's home, Macedonio said they were there to pick up her vehicle that was left there the other morning.
'We have a place to stay while the police are executing the search warrant,' he said. 'I am sure when they get it all done they will return back to the residence.'
He said, Victoria was 'doing okay,' but said 'the family was surprised,' another search was taking place.
'It was such an extensive search done 10 months ago because I can’t imagine what was missed and left behind.'
He also said that he had not received a copy of the warrant.
The young woman did not linger but got into her car, and quickly drove off. It is unclear where she was heading
'We are anticipating that and looking forward to going through the affidavit to see what probable cause was obtained to get back into the residence,' he said.
As of Wednesday afternoons, crews were still removing boxes and storage containers out of the home. Household items, furniture were some of the items being loaded into a white box truck.
Macedonio said, he was unable to comment, nor had 'any idea' on any of the items that were being taken from the property.
During the ordeal, he said that the family has had 'post traumatic stress.'
'This family has been through something unimaginable, he said.
'Asa, Christopher and Victoria are collateral damage. Their lives have been upside down, destroyed, personal property taken obviously for legal purposes, but they don’t understand that. They can’t understand that. Never could have anticipated this.'
He added: 'It has become as a complete shock last year and this is a complete shock.'
He confirmed that when the warrant served his client was in South Carolina, a 'previously planned trip to South Carolina.'
'They have property in South Carolina nothing to do with the search warrant,' he said.
He added she 'wasn’t asked to leave they knew she was out of town.'
'The police obtained their probable cause and went and searched. It had nothing to do with Asa being out of town,' said.

He also said, they did not go down and get her in South Carolina, nor does he anticipate anything of that happening.
Before, he ended his talk, he continued to defend Asa and her children.
'The DA has always been clear - each alleged homicide it has been emphatically stated by the DA’s office and all investigators that Asa and the children were out of the jurisdiction. There is no connection to any of these homicides to Asa, Victoria and Christopher.
He added, 'you have to realize Victoria was 10, 11 or 12 years old when these crimes were committed.'
'There is no allegation she was even remotely involved and Asa has been out of the jurisdiction in Islip, New Jersey, South Carolina, Maryland, on each homicide that was allegedly committed,' he said in part.
He further stated: 'She was not here.'
When someone asked if she had been in touch with her ex, he said, 'the only way she can get contact with Rex, is if Rex calls out.'

Investigators were searching the accused's home on Wednesday for third day as they hunt for clues to lock him up.
White tents were erected in the driverway of Heuermann's Massapequa Park home with a Suffolk County command center vehicle stationed.
Heuermann, 60, is awaiting a murder trial accused of killing four women whose bodies were found in burlap on a stretch of Ocean Parkway near Gilgo Beach.
Vess Mitev, the lawyer representing Heuermann's children, told DailyMail.com on Tuesday, that family was just making their home more comfortable before the new search warrant was executed the day prior.
'The family had just ironically, finished putting together the last touches on sort of completing their living room - with no small degree of irony, no sooner were they done cobbling together the pieces of their life inside the home - that this has occurred,' he said.
At the time, Mitev was unable to disclose if Asa and the children knew ahead of time about the search.
He said they are 'understandably in some degree of turmoil because that's just the 'byproduct of what is going on'.

'My clients have a very deep visceral chagrin in any police presence in their house, in their home, and especially where we are almost a year later,' he said.
'Their lives are once again upended, even though by all accounts this time around, it's much more controlled chaos, but chaos nonetheless.'
Since the police raid that began Monday, dozens of items were being taken from inside the house and the backyard.
A medical examiner arrived at the house Monday afternoon, and saw large evidenced bags being carried out.
Their presence at the home could indicate Heuermann was also being investigated for even more murders.
The new search of Heuermann's home was after police scoured a shock new location in the case in woods near Manorville, about 40 miles away, last month.
Days later, Gilgo Beach murders investigators used K-9 units to search an area in North Sea, Long Island, where a woman's body was found in 1993.
Their search was in the area were Sandra Costilla's body was found three decades ago in a murder case that remains unsolved.
What connection either search has to this week's search of Heuermann's house was unclear and police would not comment.
Retired NYPD Sergeant Joseph Giacalone told NewsNation that the size of the search, and the presence of the medical examiner could mean Heuermann was being investigated for deaths beyond the Gilgo Beach murders.
'Since they already did this 10 months ago, they had to be able to prove to a judge that they had probable cause to go in there,' he said.
'The medical examiner showing up is really interesting.
'If we see the forensic anthropologist show up, that would be even more interesting and a bit of an eye-opener because they are the doctors that go out and determine what is a human bone or what is an animal bone.'

On Tuesday next door neighbor, Etienne de Villiers, who has been living next door to the Heuermann household for almost 30 years spoke to news crews.
He recalled last July, the chaos that took place on the block when Heuermann was first arrested.
He said that he knocked on their door and tried to speak with Ellerup.
'I wanted to see if they needed anything because I like the kid. She kind of blew me off pretty bad,' he said. Ellerup later apologized.
He said that he was surprised when he saw the police again early Monday morning outside his home, and remembered the search that took place last summer.
'Asa and Chris told him that they tore the place apart the first time - that there was no stone unturned,' he said.
'In my opinion, they didn't find anything the first time I really don't know what they can possibly find this time,' he said.
When asked if he ever thought he would be living next to an alleged serial killer Villiers replied: 'Life has strange curves. Right?'.
When asked if they think they got the right guy. He responded: 'I don't know. I have never seen Rex as a violent person. For the sake of the kids, I hope they don't have the right guy.
'I just hope they catch the right person period.'
Ellerup, and their children, Victoria Heuermann, 26, and Christoper Sheridan 33, were not home at the time.
Heuermann was arrested in July and initially charged with killing Melissa Barthelemy, 24, Megan Waterman, 22, and Amber Lynn Costello 27 in 2010 and 2011.
In February, he was also charged with the murder of Maureen Brainard-Barnes, 25.
Heuermann pleaded not guilty to all counts and remains in jail awaiting trial.
The women were among 11 found on the desolate stretch of coastline close to Heuermann's Long Island Home between 2010 and 2011.
All of the victims worked as escorts who advertised themselves on Craigslist.
According to Fox News, Heurmann's family held onto an album of crime scene photos taken by California detective Jack Huddleston and was allegedly spotted on a kitchen table in the home, according to a source with knowledge of the incident.
The book, Death Scenes: A Homicide Detective's Scrapbook, is a collection of grim photos.
Detectives cataloged the album book during the initial search of Heuermann's home and returned it to his family, the source told Fox.
Investigators said Heuermann frequently searched the internet for gruesome images.
Ellerup's lawyer, Robert Macedonio, told the news outlet he had no knowledge of the book.
It was not clear at this time what prompted the search of the Long Island property or what officials were looking for.
The Suffolk County District Attorney's office declined to comment other than to say 'the work of the Gilgo Beach Homicide Task Force is continuing their investigation'.
