A future homebuyer who is hoping to live in a luxurious apartment can stop by the Tribeca building located at 108 Leonard Street to look at the Crown Penthouse currently on the market.
According to Robb Report, Jane Powers, Matthew McKay, Elena Sarkissian, Christopher Salierno and Raphael De Niro of Douglas Elliman Development Marketing hold the Crown Penthouse (also known as Terrace Penthouse North) listing.
The 6,252-square-foot luxury condominium includes five bedrooms and five bathrooms and is situated on the 14th floor — nine floors above a penthouse that once belonged to music mogul Clive Davis.
Other than Davis, celebrities like Nicole Kidman, Samuel L Jackson and Top Chef producer Zoe Jackson have purchased penthouses in this Tribeca building.
This New York penthouse, located atop one of the city's most iconic landmarks, has been on the market for almost a year, and it is currently listed for $24.45 million.

One of the notable features of this penthouse are the marvelous views of NYC in nearly every room of the house, including the primary suite bathroom on the 16th floor. Many of them are seen through massive arched windows in areas such as the penthouse's living rooms and its kitchen
The Tribeca building, which used to be the headquarters of the New York Life Insurance Company, was designed by Griffith Thomas, a New York-based architect, and completed in 1870.
The McKim, Mead & White architectural firm then took over the building and by the 1890s, the full-block property had been redesigned and has since become the home of several condominiums.
Potential homebuyers who enter the building will greeted by a doorman before they go to the building's 14th floor.
'Upon arrival on the 14th floor, a gracious foyer leads to a ballroom-sized great room on the Northeast corner of the building surrounded by massive arched windows and open views to the North and of the iconic bridges to the East,' states the listing.
'Grandeur and volume of approximately 16' is complemented by deep crown moldings, chevron wood floors, and a stunning marble fireplace.'
The fireplace, which is located in a living room near a modern table with 10 chairs, nearly matches the walls that help the furniture features in the kitchen pop.
The living room not only features a fireplace, but at least five arched windows

The kitchen features white cabinets that were custom-designed by Jeffrey Beers International exclusively for the Tribeca building.
The cabinets have excellent storage space for all kitchen necessities and they match the colors of the Arabescato Cerviole marble countertop, backsplash, and waterfall island.
Anyone who wants to keep items out of the cabinets but in the kitchen can place them on top of the extra wooden shelf that is built between two of the custom cabinets.
If those features aren't enough to make a homebuyer not fall in love with the Crown Penthouse's kitchen, its premium Miel appliances might.
According to the listing, the condominium's kitchen includes a six burner gas cooktop, a vented hood, double dishwasher, a combination steam/convection oven with a warming drawer, an electric speed oven, an espresso station and a 100-bottle wine refrigerator.
It's a fantastic kitchen that is spacious but small enough to make guests and homeowners feel like they are in a cozy surrounding.
Like the living room areas, the kitchen includes an arched window that provides natural light to the room and a beautiful scenery for anyone to gaze at during the day or night.
Guests and potential homebuyers can also find one of the two powder rooms in the penthouse on the 14th floor after they are finished relaxing on a couch or entertaining guests in the kitchen.

A terrace can be accessed using the penthouse's sliding doors that lead to the private outdoor area

The signature powder room includes beautiful features such as a sculptural Nero Marquina marble sink, Murano glass faucets and a black metal mirror with integrated lighting.
Visitors of the 14th-floor powder room will also find one of the five bedrooms, which the listing says is 'ideal as a private home office or guest suite.'
The 14th floor may be the starting point, but potential homebuyers can access the other floors via the hidden staircase or elevator to do so.
Guests who arrive on the 15th floor will find a large media room and a glass wall that leads to the penthouse's southern terrace.
They will also find a second wet bar area and the other signature powder room, both of which are close to the large media area.
The floor's gallery room leads visitors to a laundry room and three bedrooms that include its own en suite bathrooms.
From any of the bedrooms, guests can access the Northern or Southern terraces of the penthouse and can later make their way back to the elevator or staircase and go to the 16th floor.

The 16th floor is reserved for homeowners or guests that are looking to stay in a private suite with features that make it similar to a small apartment.
'The stunning primary suite occupies the entire 16th floor creating a private sanctuary with exceptional light and views from three exposures: the Empire State Building and Midtown skyline to the North, the East River and all three iconic bridges to the East, and the Municipal Building and City Hall to the South,' the listing states.
Guests who occupy the private suite will also have access to an East-facing private terrace with a copper-clad historic cupola.
The 16th floor also includes a marble fireplace, a midnight kitchen, a walk-in closet and a separate sitting area/dressing room on a floor that's surrounded by glass walls.
Homeowners can also get a large glimpse of the city while they are taking a warm bath in a glass-wrapped bathroom facing north.

The bathroom areas could not be completed without double vanities with Fantini polished chrome features or the two water closets that Realtor.com says are rooms 'within a bathroom with a toilet where you can do your business in peace.'

Other than the private 16th floor views, homeowners have the option to access a rooftop outdoor area that is available for all tenants of the building. It comes with a comfortable seating area and fireplace, and it gives guests a chance to meet other homeowners who live in the building
The building itself features multiple lobbies, a hidden drive-in motor reception with valet parking, and over 20,000 square feet of wellness amenities, including a gym and a private pool.
The Tribeca building is kid-friendly and its playroom proves just that for any small child.
Children can play with the numerous toys and stuffed animals, and its chalkboard by the entrance to another section of the playroom.
Another stellar outdoor feature is the rooftop entertaining area, complete with a fireplace.
This extra entertaining space will allow the future owners of the Crown Penthouse a chance to socialize with other tenants while still being surrounded by the beautiful New York scenery.
