The memo released by the campaign outlined a list of what Biden would like to talk about on the debate stage from the overturning of Roe to Trump's 'plans to gut Social Security and Medicare.'
'In the month leading up to that first debate, the Biden-Harris campaign will zero in on Trump’s dangerous campaign promises and unhinged rhetoric,' O'Malley Dillon also wrote.

The Biden campaign had also expressed frustration that the commission had not enforced the rules when the two nominees came face-to-face in 2020.
