A heartbroken single mom went viral after she videoed herself sobbing as she revealed the worst part about celebrating a birthday without a partner.
Elizabeth Teckenbrock, known as @morethanelizabeth on TikTok, uploaded a video earlier this week in which she is baking a birthday cake with tears streaming down her face.
'Being a single mom is making your own birthday cake on your birthday so that your babies can feel happy they are singing to you,' Teckenbrock, 29, wrote over the dramatic TikTok.
As she wipes tears away from her face and prepares the boxed cake mix, the emotional song A Thousand Years by Christina Perri plays in the background. She added 'Geez I'm tired of hurting' in the video's caption.
Teckenbrock has since deleted the video - along with all of her social media accounts - but not before the viral video received over 37 million views and an onslaught of comments.

While some users offered their support, others were quick to judge her.
'You would never last in a man's world,' one harsh user wrote. Another commented, 'Chill out! I'm married and don't get a cake.'
Another comment on the now-deleted video said 'Why are you crying? You clearly need to work on yourself and your kids first,' adding that 'being single is better than being with the wrong person.'
Other users defended Teckenbrock and shared words of encouragement. 'In case you didn't hear this today, you're doing a great job, you are so loved. I would have killed to have a mom like you growing up. I know it's hard but you're doing such a good job.'
In a follow-up video, which has also since been deleted, Teckenbrock explained that she initially recorded the birthday cake-making TikTok to make other single mothers feel less alone.
She acknowledged that she was being 'an emotional baby,' but said 'it's hard' to be a single mother.
'I really can't even come up with words to say to make someone understand how difficult it is raising kids, and taking care of your house, and doing every single thing completely by yourself and not having a partner,' Teckenbrock explained.

'There's no break, it's exhausting all the time and that cry was probably just out of tiredness.'
She later shared with her follows that her kids helped her decorate the cupcakes and sang 'Happy Birthday' to her.
Teckenbrock's Linkedin shows that she is the founder of 'Fear to Fierce,' which is a non-profit organization 'committed to assist survivors of domestic violence through support services and advocacy, empowering women to stand against fear and embrace their inherent fierceness.'
She attended Purdue University where she earned a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery, according to her Linkedin. The single mother now lives in Tampa, Florida.
