Netflix fans DEMAND a second season of streaming site's hit new show just days after its release - as viewers dub the series a 'must watch'

Fans of Netflix kids show Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous have been left bowled over by its newly-released spinoff - with viewers crowing for the streaming site to confirm a second season, just days after the first premiered. 

Camp Cretaceous, which debuted in 2020, exists in the broader Jurassic cinematic universe, as it follows the story of six teens attending a 'camp' on an island intended as the site of Jurassic Park.

But things go awry over the course of five seasons, ultimately culminating in the dinosaurs escaping the island and invading the rest of the world.

Now, Netflix has continued that story with the debut of Jurassic Park: Chaos Theory, which picks up the narrative years later, with the gang now young adults navigating a globe populated by the prehistoric creatures.

Also with the new series comes the revelation that Brooklynn, an e-girl-type character voiced by Jennie Ortega, from Camp Cretaceous has died.

However, protagonists Darius and Ben have their suspicions that her death wasn't accidental - while Ben admits that he's gone deep into the online world of Jurassic conspiracy theories, via a site called Dark Jurassic.

At the same time, the friends keep finding themselves stalked and attacked by a group of Atrociraptors,

Meanwhile, it's also revealed that the athletic Yaz has been struggling with PTSD from the the island, which was putting a strain on her relationship with girlfriend Sammy. 

Many on X also praised the series realistic depiction of a panic attack as Yaz attempts to touch a non-predatory dinosaur.

Sometime into their journey, the gang eventually discovers that the Department of Prehistoric Wildlife, meant to protect people from the dinosaurs, is behind Brooklynn's death. 

The DPW has also been running an illegal trafficking operation, which Brooklynn had been trying to infiltrate and stop. 

They also discover that they Atrociraptors have a mysterious female handler, thus explaining why they keep encountering the predators.

In the final moments of the last episode, it's revealed that Brooklynn is still alive - just sans one hand - and is still trying to take down the DPW.

Upon processing the cliffhanger, dozens took to X to proclaim their enthusiasm for Chaos World. 

'Holy crap Jurassic World: Chaos Theory is so good,' one wrote.

'They really didn't have to pop off like this but jurassic world chaos theory slaps,' a second praised.

'Just finished Jurassic World: Chaos Theory. Really loved it, was so thrilling and full of suspense. Cannot wait for season 2!' a third declared.

'Why would Jurassic World Chaos Theory end like that? I need the other Part NEOWWWWW BRO,' a fourth demanded of their frustration with the conclusion.

'Just finished jurassic world chaos theory....how am i supposed to be normal about that...I NEED A NEW SEASON NOW,' a fifth echoed.
