Progressive Rep. Jamaal Bowman called Nikki Haley a 'disgusting human' for writing 'finish them' on an IDF bomb while visiting Israel just after it attacked a refugee camp over the weekend.

'Nikki Haley is disgusting. She's a disgusting human being to do that,' he told CNN's Abby Phillip.

'That's genocidal language and it's the language that has the American people turning against our government.'

The brazen image was taken by Israel's former UN ambassador Danny Danon while Haley was on a visit to the nation's northern border with Lebanon.

'Why do we continue to support not just the consistent attacks in Gaza, but the forever wars?' Bowman continued. 'There are people in our country, their entire lives, me included, it seems like we're constantly at war with someone spending trillions, killing millions, while people are suffering and starving and dying right here in our country.'

Bowman also tore into President Joe Biden for his support of Israel as the Palestinian civilian death toll has mounted.

Last week the International Court of Justice (ICJ) demanded Israel cease its operations in Rafah due to the impact on civilians and the ICC has issued an arrest warrant for Netanyahu.

'U.S. weapons are burning infant children alive and so he has to respond,' Bowman urged Biden. 'We can not send another weapon or another dollar to Israel and [Prime Minister] Benjamin Netanyahu at this point because they have been moving forward with what the ICJ has called a plausible genocide, and everyone sees it. My district sees it, the country sees it.'

Bowman finds himself in a contentious primary against AIPAC-backed Westchester County executive George Latimer and Israel-aligned political groups are pouring millions into the race against him.

The progressive New Yorker has called reports that Hamas beheaded babies in the October 7 attack 'propaganda' and has introduced legislation to offer $14 trillion reparations to the U.S.'s 42 million black citizens.

Bowman has even found himself in the crosshairs of a black voter group - National Black Empowerment Action Fund, founded by AIPAC alum Darius Jones - is funneling half a million dollars initially to oppose Bowman in New York's 16th district and plans to sink more into the race  as more money comes in.

The pro-Israel United Democracy Project has already dumped a whopping $8 million into the primary thus far.

Jones labeled Bowman an 'extreme Democratic Socialist' in a news release.

'What America needs to understand is if Israel’s fighting our enemies, how can we not help them,' Haley said after her message on the IDF shell.

'The sure way to not help Israel is to withhold weapons. The sure way to not help Israel is to praise the ICC, the ICJ or any of those that are condemning Israel instead of condemning what happens.'

'America needs to do whatever Israel needs and stop telling them how to fight this war. You are either a friend or not a friend.'

On her recent visit to the Jewish state, Haley also toured southern Israel where she met survivors of Hamas' brutal assault on October 7 which resulted in the deaths of 1,200 people and the kidnapping of 253 others.

In the wake of that attack, more than 36,000 Palestinians, including large numbers of young children, have died in waves of Israeli attacks, according to the Gaza-run health ministry.
