Streamer Natalie Reynolds dares woman to jump into lake then flees when she says she can't swim in cruel stunt

Streamer Natalie Reynolds has sparked fury by daring a woman who apparently couldn't swim to jump into a lake then fleeing in a cheap social media stunt. 

The stunt, filmed by Reynolds' streamer pals and later shared on Reddit, shows the influencer encouraging the woman to jump into a lake before mocking her. 

The woman dove in, then yelled that she 'couldn't swim.' 

Reynolds, claiming to be shocked, fled the scene. She was then filmed with her producers as a fire truck 'rushed' to the scene. 

It remains unclear who the woman in the video is, or how she came to be involved with Reynolds. 

Whether the stunt was genuine or contrived for social media, viewers are slamming Reynolds for it.

Reynolds is facing backlash online since the horrifying incident 

Wearing a backward baseball cap and a crop top, Reynolds mimed pushing the woman into the water before telling her 'you should just jump in right now'. 

The lady dove into the water as Reynolds watched. She then turned to her friends, laughing: 'Did you see her a**?' 

The woman, now in the water, yelled out: 'You said it was OK... you told me to jump in.' 

Reynolds, giggling to her friends, replied: 'No I didn't'. 

She then left the scene to get into a friend's car.

Viewers have responded to the clip by telling Reynolds to 'get f***ed' while others described her as 'narcissistic' and 'absolutely horrible'

With Reynolds on dry land, the woman can be heard yelling: 'I can't swim, I can only gloat.' 

Reynolds, seemingly worried, said: 'Stop, seriously, you're actually freaking me out. I'm going to f***ing kill myself. She says she's drowning.' 

The video cut to Reynolds and her friends in a car, with Reynolds saying: 'This is really bad.' 

The fire truck is then shown driving towards the scene. 

While many of the details remain unclear, Austin Fire Department confirmed that they were called to Lady Bird Lake for a 'medical call' for a rescue.

Reynolds is a Kick streamer from the US who regularly stirs up outrage through inane stunts like going to the gym with painted 'leggings' as a 'social experiment'

Disgusted social media users blasted the streamers for their callous behavior.  

'Why wouldn't they stay and help her? That's absolutely horrible. There is a special place in hell for people like this,' one person wrote in response to the video posted on Reddit. 

'She’s a POS for denying and not helping,' one Redditor replied. 

'These people are focused on getting content and nothing else,' another person said in a comment which was 'liked' 1.4K times. 

'That woman isn’t a human being to them. She is a prop. Suddenly though, this “prop” starts pleading for help and it’s like for the first time these dickheads are realizing they put an actual persons life in jeopardy.' 

Others said they hoped Reynolds would face consequences for her actions. 

'Watching you convince that woman to jump in the water, then jokingly run away during her distress? Hope you giggle your way to prison,' one viewer wrote on Reynold's latest Instagram post showing her dragging a shark out of the ocean. 

'This girl's not right in the head that’s for sure. She deserves to face charges maybe that will teach her!' another person said. 

Social media users claimed the woman Reynolds coaxed into the water was 'homeless', but this has not been confirmed.
