A Las Vegas teen claimed he witnessed an 'eight-foot-tall demon creature with big shiny eyes' in his backyard last year.
Skeptics have dismissed Angel Kenmore's video, saying the figures are merely smudges, but Scott Roder, a crime scene reconstruction veteran, believes it is 'undeniable evidence that we are not alone.'
Roder, who has stood as an expert on several high-profile criminal trials, claimed to use AI and computer software to recreate movement shown on April 30, 2023, outlining 'anomalies' in the footage.
He pinpointed to 'smoky filters' that didn't match the background and speculated that the aliens used a 'cloaking device' to shield themselves from human eyes.
One image claimed the black blur next to the fence (pictured) is an alien peering over
'This is, as far as anyone should be concerned, this is the absolute end,' Roder told Fox News.
'All evidence that shows that we are not alone and that there is an alien presence on this planet
Roder walked through the steps of the alien encounter the same way he would focus on the 'anomalies' in a witness's video.
'I think what the AI software was able to allow us to do was to determine that it was not just a shadow, beyond any reasonable doubt to a degree of scientific probability,' Roder told Fox.
'That's the same standard that you testify in court, the same standard that can send a suspect to jail for the rest of their lives.'
Jim Quirk, who co-hosts the 'Extraterrestrial Reality' podcast with Roder said he believed that something went wrong on the supposed aliens' spacecraft and forced them to land in the Kenmore's backyard.
In the video, the Kenmore family captured a green light streaking across the sky before they begin running and the video cuts off.
Shortly after, they called 911 and a responding police officer confirmed that he had also seen the green light, according to body cam footage.
There was no evidence of an aircraft, but Quirk told Fox: 'My feeling is something went wrong with this craft or whatever they were in, and it had to come down and make an emergency landing.'
Scott Roder, a crime scene reconstruction veteran and co-host of the 'Extraterrestrial Reality' podcast alongside Jim Quirk claimed the so-called alien sighting was real

Jim Quirk claimed the alleged 'aliens' used a 'cloaking device' on their spacecraft. Pictured: the circle marking where the alleged UFO landed
'They landed in this backyard, and while they're making emergency repairs, perhaps these alien beings are trying to stave off the pesky humans while these other aliens that we don't see are working on this craft,' he added.
For the last year, the Kenmores have been steadfast in their conviction that there was a 'non-human being' in the yard, and Angel Kenmore, 17, said he has been traumatized and paranoid since the encounter.
'It was moving and breathing. It was pissed off, like it wanted to do something looking at me.' Angel told News Nation last month.
Since going public with the video and their conviction that they had a real-life alien encounter, the family has faced threats and skepticism from critics.
However, Roder and Quirk said that since the Kenmore's account of the alien invasion, they have received numerous tips and videos from other Las Vegas residents about the sighting.
The pair told Fox that the additional tips and potential sightings have made this 'just the beginning' of a 'grassroots investigation.'
'There is some sort of an alien presence here among us,' Quirk claimed.
'What they're doing here, we can't really say. We can only speculate. But there is something here, no doubt about it.'
