Locals from a town known for its flashy façade said they feel forgotten as new residents and tourists flock to their city.
From soaring house prices to lower wages and a worse quality of life, residents of Las Vegas claim the city has left them behind as it continues to expand.
Massive amounts of tourists have made their way to Sin City for events like Super Bowl LVIII and the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix.
While those events brought in massive amounts of revenue, locals said the town is focusing too much on outsiders.
'I would just like to see them focus on locals again,' former resident Kristin Downing told KLAS.

Casinos on the Las Vegas strip took in a recording-breaking $900million from gamblers in December, according to the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
'It's a sporting town, that's what it's becoming,' local Adam Flowers said.
Others said as developers continue to build up the strip with billion dollar resorts, they have lost their appeal to go.
As the city focuses on newcomers and tourists, residents have lost access to local discounts and community based activities.
'Unless there is something I have to absolutely see, it's just not your everyday go-to anymore,' Jaqueline Cooper said.
'I miss going to the pool on locals' day and being able to swim,' Downing said.
'When someone asks me if Las Vegas has changed for the better or for the worse, I always say yes,' Michael Green from UNLV said.

At least 6,566 people were counted as homeless in Southern Nevada in January 2023, according to statistics from the Southern Nevada Homelessness Continuum of Care.
Of the group, about 3,780 were living on the street, outdoors, in vehicles or in encampments, with another 132 at the Courtyard Resource Center while 2,654 were in emergency shelter or transitional housing.
