The Jamaican American performer had a No. 1 hit with “Beautiful Girls” in 2007 and collaborated with Justin Bieber on the song “Eenie Meenie."

The rapper was already on two years' probation for trafficking stolen property.

Turner pleaded guilty to a 2006 charge of bank fraud and served nearly two years in prison.

The two are still embroiled in civil lawsuits filed by several businesses, including an entertainment systems company that claims Kingston failed to pay $120,000 of a $150,000 bill for a 232-inch television that was installed at the Florida mansion.

The company claimed Kingston told them he and Justin Bieber would film commercials for them if they gave him a low down payment and credit.

The commercial never happened, the company claims.
