But one US-based woman recently sparked fierce debate over one of the nation's most popular drinks.
Content creator Decrepit Vibes, who did not disclose her real name, took to TikTok to share a shocking revelation about pink lemonade.

The content creator said she uncovered the 'scheme of the century' in that pink lemonade is 'just regular lemonade made girly pop with food coloring'
In the clip, which has so far been viewed more than 3.3 million times, the content creator could be seen sitting in her car as she spoke directly to camera.
She began: 'Consider my flabbers gasted when I go to look up "what is pink lemonade flavor?"
'Because I know it's not strawberry but I guess I just assumed it was pink.
'Anyway I uncover the scheme of the century which is it is just regular lemonade made girly pop with food coloring.'
The popular TikTok user uploaded the clip alongside a caption that read: 'Big Lemon doesn't want you to know this.'
But the insight caused a bitter divide among viewers.
One wrote: 'I just assumed it was strawberry lemonade.'
Another added: 'Pink lemonade is like nacho cheese in the sense that we have no idea what's in it, but it follows two rules, and that's good enough for us - those rules being lemonade plus pink, and cheese plus liquid.'

Following the widespread furor, Decrepit Vibes took to X, formerly Twitter, to quip: 'Becoming a leading researcher in the field of pink lemonade after being roasted and toasted on TikTok for my previous ignorance.

Minute Maid's popular Pink Lemonade contains Red Dye 40.
And, according to Healthline, 'Red Dye 40 is a synthetic color additive, or food dye made from petroleum.
'It's one of the nine certified color additives the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approves for use in foods and beverages.
'In health terms, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) defines Red Dye 40 to be of low concern.'
