An adorable eight-year-old boy and his parents were killed in a horror Memorial Day crash by a drunk driver who was also high on marijuana, search warrants revealed.
Jordan Porter, 25, ran a red light in his Chevy Trailblazer before crashing into a blue Mazda CX5 Select and a black Cadillac Escalade at the intersection on US-70 in Garner, North Carolina on May 27.
Tyler Campbell, 28, and his wife Susan Campbell, 29 were pronounced dead at the scene while their son, Miles Campbell, was taken to WakeMed Hospital in critical condition.
The day after the crash Miles was declared brain dead and his organs were donated to save others.
Jordan, who was initially charged with driving while impaired, was charged on Tuesday with three counts of second-degree murder, according to an indictment reviewed by WRAL.

Warrants revealed that Jordan was drunk and high on marijuana when he ran the light. Court records showed that he was also going 82mph in a 45pmh zone
The Garner Police Department told DailyMail.com that Jordan has not been arrested as of Wednesday afternoon and a mugshot of him won't be 'available' until he is apprehended.
On Wednesday, Jordan's bond was set at $3 million, according to the district attorney.
At the time of the fatal accident, Jordan was driving 82 mph in a 45 mph zone, court documents revealed. The condition of the black Cadillac Escalade is unclear.
Search warrants showed that Shelby Porter, the suspect's wife, was interviewed by investigators at the hospital, where Jordan was taken with minor injuries from the crash.
Shelby told authorities that before getting in the car that afternoon, Jordan consumed around two to three beers at a local bowling alley in Clayton, Rainbow Lanes.
She also said that her husband smoked marijuana that day before he left their house to go to work and that both her and her husband knew that the car had brake and steering wheel issues.

DMV records, reviewed by WRAL confirmed that Jordan's vehicle hadn't had a safety inspection since February 2020.
Karl Knudsen, Jordan's attorney, revealed that he is a father of two and is expecting a third child soon.
'This is a terrible tragedy all the way around. It’s horrible that three really nice people got their lives cut short, but sending Jordan to prison for rest of his life would not change that,' Knudsen said.
Warrants revealed that police found a slew of illegal items in Jordan's car, including a shooter bottle of alcohol, an open beer can, an open Coors Light bottle, an unopened Busch Ice can, and an open box of beer.
They also discovered rolling papers, a lighter and a cigar cutter inside his car.
In addition to the second-degree murder charges, Jordan is also facing three counts of felony death by vehicle, felony maintaining a vehicle for a controlled substance, reckless driving to endanger, speeding, possession of marijuana paraphernalia, failure to stop at a red light, expired registration card and tag, expired inspection, and transporting an open alcoholic beverage container after consuming alcohol.
This was not Jordan's first run in with the law as he was charged with misdemeanor hit and run and larceny in Wake County in 2022, District Attorney Lorrin Freeman said.
In 2017 he was sued for a three-car crash where he was accused of speeding, not having control of the car and passing improperly. The lawsuit was eventually dropped.
According to arrest records, Jordan has 12 other criminal violations against him since 2015.
