Lot prices for the homes start at $5 million and climb as high as $12.5 million.
And some residences are already spoken for – one is under construction and several lots have been reserved.
CEO of Canyon Equity LLC, Amangiri's developer, Robert Hee, said that adding 'residences have always been part of the vision for the resort,' per the Wall Street Journal.
'It's been a matter of evolving the concept to where we are satisfied,' said Hee.
Taking nearly six years to complete, the residences were designed by Marwan Al Sayed and Mies Anderson, the co-founders and principals behind Los Angeles-based Masastudio.
Notably, this duo was also part of the original Amangiri resort design team, a project that took roughly eight years.
Al Sayed said the properties will be located 500 feet to a half-mile west of the main resort.
The carbon-neutral houses, which will average about 7,100 square feet, will range from four to eight bedrooms on plots spanning from 5 to 19 acres.
Kylie Jenner has visited it multiple times - and every time she does, she makes sure to show off the lavish resort on her social media
Arguably one of the most sought after amenities is the 25,000-square-foot spa, which 'looks out over the tranquility of America's Canyon Country.' One of the pools at the spa is pictured

It offers an 'extensive menu of massages, beauty treatments, and restorative therapies'
Amangiri's core principle of harmonious and long-term coexistence with the environment extends to the new residences, said Hee.
The resort itself successfully addressed sustainability challenges in a remote location, such as minimizing reliance on geothermal and solar power, using appropriate building materials for such a setting, and reducing construction's impact on the land.
These same ideas are being meticulously applied and enhanced in the design of the residences.
The residences, made of materials like cement, stone, and wood, will have similar private and social spaces.
This will include bedrooms, a kitchen, a cabana room. a pool, etc. How the house is set up will be dependent on the lot itself, offering individuality in each house.
